Research On Working Capital Management Of Midea Group From The Perspective Of Value Chain

Under the background of economic globalization,the market competition in all walks of life intensifies,and the home appliance industry is no exception.Midea Group,as a medium and superior enterprise in the home appliance industry,has an important significance for the development of the home appliance industry.For the research of enterprise management,business capital is an important link that can not be bypassed.As the business capital throughout the enterprise development,it plays a very important role in the enterprise value chain.By improving the ability of working capital management and adding advanced ideas to the previous management mode,it is the key to help enterprises improve their competitive advantage.In the past,the working capital management always stood on a single point of view,lacking the overall concept.Now,the theoretical basis of value chain is introduced,which integrates the upstream and downstream suppliers and customers,as well as procurement,production,sales and other links,resulting in the collision of new working capital management concepts and bringing new development to the company.This paper uses the case study method,taking Midea Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,studies the working capital management from the perspective of value chain,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction.The second part is the theory of value chain and working capital.This paper describes the related theories and concepts,and introduces the calculation method of the main indicators.The third part is the working capital management status of Midea Group.Introduced the working capital status of the home appliance industry and Midea Group.The fourth part is the problems of Midea Group working capital management from the perspective of value chain.Mainly from the internal and external value chain,that is,procurement,production,sales,upstream suppliers and downstream customers to analyze the existing problems.The fifth part gives the corresponding suggestions from the internal value chain and external value chain.The sixth part summarizes the whole paper.
