| The transformation and development of rural areas and the evolution of their spatial structure are the products of the combination of many factors under certain conditions, and now with the rapid progress of urbanization and the continuous attention of the state to agricultural rural areas, institutional factors have become the key factors affecting the transformation of rural settlement space. At present, when the strategy of rural revitalization is implemented and a new round of land system reform is explored, the rural settlement space will also be promoted by policies, funds and farmers,a new round of integration and reconstruction. However,in the leading area of land reform,it is inevitable that the imperfection of the system and the inappropriate implementation mode will lead to the rapid reconstruction of the social structure and spatial form of traditional villages. Therefore, this study selects the traditional village of Yanchuan County, which has carried out a new round of land system reform,as the research object, and combs through the evolution characteristics of the village space under the reform of the land system in different periods,so as to explore the mode of action between the two.The research first constructs a theoretical framework of institution-behavior-space"by combing the current research results and theories in related fields.Secondly, based on the established logical framework, the theoretical framework is used to sort out the spatial evolution process of Zhenjiawan Village under the land system changes, and reproduce the spatial evolution process of traditional villages brought about by the land system changes in different time domains. Then,it summarizes the law of the spatial evolution of Zhenjiawan Village, and explores how the macro-land system changes affect the spatial evolution of the settlements of Zhenjiawan Village. Finally, combining the mechanism of the land system on the evolution of the settlement space of Zhenjiawan Village,it examines the problems and challenges faced by the spatial evolution of traditional villages under the background of the new round of land system reform, and seeks a suitable institutional environment for its healthy and sustainable evolution. The research results show that the land system takes farmers as the carrier and indirectly affects the spatial evolution of traditional villages.Specifically, the macro-land system regulates and guides the spatial behavior of farmers through constraints and incentives.Farmers construct action goals and behavioral decisions based on self-cognition and interest demands, and behavioral decisions promote the evolution of traditional villages. In this process, the rationality of farmers’ behavioral decisions directly affects the spatial evolution of traditional villages. It can be seen that the new round of land system reform will be a blessing or a curse for the spatial evolution of traditional villages. It is unknown, but the new problems and challenges faced by its spatial evolution require urgent attention from all walks of life. Finally,to explore and implement the "separation of three powers" in traditional villages, local governments should take measures according to the characteristics and differences of different traditional villages, implement measures according to village conditions, and implement classified implementation. At the same time,it is necessary to re-examine and avoid inducing land system construction. The risk of farmers’ blind profit-seeking behavior to ensure the healthy and lasting growth and evolution of traditional village spaces. |
