Studies On The Travel Happiness Of Urban Subway Travelers

As a kind of transportation with large volume,punctual and convenient way to travel,subway has developed rapidly in China in recent years and plays a key role in urban public transportation system.With the increasing demand of people for a better life,the improvement of happiness and health level has become the wish of residents,so the attention and requirements for the quality of subway operation and service are getting higher and higher.Existing studies have shown that the improvement of subjective well-being has a significant positive effect on the improvement of innovation ability and the development of production motivation,and as an important dimension,travel well-being plays a key role.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the influencing factors to improve the travel happiness of subway passengers.Based on the existing research both at home and abroad,through the generalized travel well-being scale(STS)measure of passengers who travel happiness on the level of cognition,emotion,selection of subway passengers personal economic society,the three classes of passengers,subway service attributes,a total of 22 indicators designed travel well-being questionnaire,using network and intercept call face-to-face check xi’an subway travelers into the investigation,At the same time,642 samples from Xi ’an were collected for comparative analysis through problem screening.Firstly,descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the samples by SPSS software,and then the rationality of the selected metrics was verified through exploratory factor analysis.In order to obtain the accurate value of happiness,confirmatory factor analysis was conducted by AMOS software to explore the relationship between travel happiness and its two levels and obtain the calculation formula.At the same time,the characteristics of all the samples were analyzed to grasp the basic relationship between them and the influencing factors.The multivariate ordered Logit models of travel happiness of samples in Xi ’an and the whole country were established respectively.The accuracy of the established models was verified by the accuracy test of the models.The possibility of travel happiness--OR value was defined and calculated.Finally,the results of the model and the OR values corresponding to each factor are analyzed,and the influences of different related indicators on passengers’ travel happiness are obtained,and the factors with relatively significant influences that can be further improved by the subway transportation management department are selected for sensitivity analysis.In the aspects of subway travel mode,station and compartment environment,guidance and guidance,and order maintenance,this paper puts forward feasible methods and improvement strategies for subway passengers’ travel happiness.
