Research On Space Design Strategy Of Memorial Building In Zhaojin "Red Town" Of Shanxi Province

As an unique urban development pattern in China,“ red town ” plays an important role in promoting the development of urban-rural integration and solving the problem of urban-rural dual structure,and has important strategic significance of realizationthe national rejuvenation.Memorial building space in the Red Town,is very important on shaping the town by not only reflecting the planning and development of the town but also carrying the regional culture of traditional architecture.Located nearthe border between Shanxi province and Gansu province,Zhaojin Town,in Yaozhou District,Tongchuan City,Shanxi Province,is the first revolutionary base established in the mountain area in Northwest China which is rich in both cultural heritage and natural scenery.Some achievement has accomplished on memorial building space through 8-year work of design and construction of the town.The memorialatmosphere created by the space enhances the revolutionary red spirit and moves countless visitors.The memoral building space design in Zhaojin is a good demonstration for the design of “red town” in China.First of all,this paper summarizes the historical evolution and future development trend of the memorial building space designs in red town through previous domestic and foreign research.The particularity,diversity and composite design characteristics of the memorial building space in red town are obtained.Second,according to the design characteristics and development needs of the memorial building space in the Red Town,this paper summarizes its constituent elements and characteristics.According to the space elements,the memorial building space of red town is divided into three parts: Memorial square,memorial hall and monument.By analyzing the design data of the menoral building space in Zhaojin town and the feedback information from 584 questionnaires of 1270 permanent residents and visitors in Zhaojin Town,this paper summarizes the construction needs and the dilema of the memorial building space in Zhaojin town.Third,to solve the dilemma of the construction of Zhaojin Town,according to the classification of the space elements of the memorial building in red town,this paper analyzes the relevant cases at home and abroad,summarizes the parts that can be used for reference in each case,and sorts out the memorial expression design method and the foil method of the Memorial atmosphere of each space element.Thus,three key points of memorial space design are obtained,which are space element design,streamline organization design and memorial atmosphere contrast design,providing references for Zhaojin memorial space design.Finally,by comparing the summary of the design points with the specific design of Zhaojin memorial space the space design method of Zhaojin Red Town Memorial expression is summarized.Design methods of memorial building space in different red town may differ from each other with its own particularity,but there are some general rules in the design method.Through the preliminary discussion on the memorial building space of Zhaojin red town in Shanxi Province,this paper provides some ideas of the memorial space expression method for the future construction of red town,to give the theoretical support in the relevant design and improve the design quality in memorial theme projects.
