| At the 19 th and 18 th CPC National Congress,it has been emphasized that we must follow the path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics and implement the strategy of innovation-driven development.The innovation development and the construction of the innovative city are important measures to promote the high-quality development of the city in the new era.In the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",maker space,as the representative of urban innovation space,has been developed rapidly and has become a key link of urban innovation and development.Xi’an,as one of the highlands of science and education resources in China,has a good foundation for innovation and a hot development of mass creation space.The study of the layout of Xi’an urban mass creation space can provide some support for the innovation and development of Xi’an and the construction of innovative cities.In recent years,with the development of urban and rural planning and human geography classic theories such as location layout theory and location theory,the concept and related research of "micro location" are becoming one of the most important research topics.By combining the concepts of maker space and micro-location,the paper discusses the micro-location layout characteristics of maker space,which can not only provide support for the development of relevant theories,but also provide guidance for the development of urban maker space from the perspective of planning.This paper takes Xi’an maker space as the research object,and comprehensively uses a variety of research methods,such as bibliometric analysis method,open source data acquisition method,geographic information spatial analysis method,field investigation method and so on,According to the logic of "research system construction-location characteristics of the overall distribution of maker space-micro location characteristics of typical maker space-Study on dynamic mechanism and organization mode of maker space micro location-optimization and promotion strategy of maker space from the perspective of planning",this paper systematically combs the micro location characteristics of maker space layout in Xi’an.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)in the city " behavior,culture,society economy " space perspective,build the including development foundation,the social area,location awareness,behavior culture and the four dimensions of the micro creates the space location layout system of research,and then conducted by 13 secondary dimensions and more than 30 specific indicators system of the micro creates the space location layout research framework.(2)The location characteristics of the overall distribution of maker space in Xi ’an are sorted out from the perspectives of development situation,overall characteristics,characteristics of different types,and location relations of the overall layout:The overall layout is characterized by "overall dispersion,regional agglomeration,dense in the south and sparse in the north".The spatial clustering characteristics of the city show a relatively significant agglomeration state,which can better adapt to the urban development structure and has a strong connection with the scientific innovation atmosphere,policy strength and technical resources of the region.(3)The development basis and social area of the maker space agglomeration area are obviously better than the independent maker space,but the various maker space has its corresponding regional advantage resources.Combined with the micro-location status of various maker spaces and subjective cognitive feedback,the strengths and weaknesses of various maker spaces can also be found,which also reflects the characteristics of micro-location layout and cognition that vary from person to person and "space".(4)The micro-location characteristics of maker space in Xi ’an are deeply refined,and some patterned and typolarized features such as "proximity,integration and dependence","circle type,group type and dispersion type","proximity,spatial location and spatial layout mode" are summarized.In addition,a dynamic mechanism system of micro-location layout of maker space is extracted,which takes the basic dimension of development as the core driving force of maker space,the dimension of social region as the strong supporting force for the development of maker space,and the two dimensions of location perception and behavioral culture to jointly constitute the attraction of maker space activation.Then,the ideal micro-location organization mode of "Urban Mass Innovation Development Circle" is deduced,which consists of the core driving circle of mass innovation,the supporting circle of mass innovation facilities,and the environmental service circle of mass innovation.(5)From the perspective of planning,the optimization and improvement strategies of maker space in Xi ’an mainly include: focusing on following the principle of coordinated regional development at the major pass level,building regional mass innovation alliance,grasping the guidance of the city’s strategic objectives at the major Xi ’an level,and developing various starting points of culture,innovation and industry;We should establish the innovation space system in the overall spatial dimension,pay attention to the integration of innovation subjects and innovation resources in the resource dimension,deepen the compilation of special planning in the management dimension,and strengthen the spatial connection.We should optimize and adjust the pattern of land use layout,and enhance the functional connection between maker space and various types of land.Pay attention to clear block crowd portrait and development orientation,reasonable organization of horizontal and vertical space function;In terms of layout and site selection,it integrates its own advantages into regional industrial development,and promotes the creation of maker space by relying on resource characteristics.In the service facilities pay attention to the combination of the overall supporting and various types of supporting;In terms of space environment,we should pay attention to improving visibility and accessibility,enhancing environmental atmosphere to enhance interactive experience,and enriching the vibrant atmosphere of street
