Research On Maintenance Strategy For Rural Road In Yingkou

With the implementation of "four good rural roads" and other projects,the construction of rural roads in Yingkou is booming,and the rural road network is gradually improved,which provides convenience for the masses of rural areas to travel and rural social and economic development.In recent years,the construction mileage of rural roads in Yingkou City has shown an explosive growth,and the mileage of grade roads and paving mileage have also been greatly improved.However,with the increase of the mileage of rural highway construction,the daily maintenance and management problems of rural highway are increasingly prominent.This paper chooses Yingkou as the research object,based on the collection of relevant data of rural roads,and interviews with the maintenance and management personnel of rural roads at the same level and the grass-roots level of Yingkou City,summarizes the experience of rural road maintenance and management in Yingkou City,and analyzes the maintenance and management problems of rural roads in Yingkou from four aspects: management and maintenance mode,capital source,management and maintenance personnel,management and maintenance assessment.This paper analyzes the root causes of the problems from four aspects: ideological understanding,management system,capital source,and grass-roots maintenance personnel allocation.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures from five aspects: perfecting the rural highway management organization,innovating the rural road management and maintenance mode,enriching the source of funds,perfecting the performance appraisal system of rural roads,strengthening the accountability and punishment of rural road management and maintenance personnel,hoping to help Yingkou rural road maintenance work to a new level,and create more brilliant and achievements.Through the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of rural road management and maintenance in Yingkou,this paper not only provides ideas for the further development of rural road management and maintenance in Yingkou,but also provides references for other cities.
