| Rural road is an indispensable part of the road network,and it is an important infrastructure and guarantee to promote the development of local rural economy.Nowadays,the rural roads have been distributed on the rural land all over the country,connecting the large and small villages.Therefore,the development of rural roads is very important.Due to the advent of big data,informatization management mode is developing rapidly in all walks of life,and various informatization technology means are constantly emerging.The development of the highway has been keeping up with the pace of the times,innovation and forging ahead,carrying out informatization management in the highway is an inevitable development of The Times and an important way to seek rapid development of highway economy in the future.However,there are many grades of highways,roughly classified into three categories: expressway,ordinary highway and rural road.Expressway and ordinary highway have been paid more attention due to the high grade and high utilization rate,and the development level of informatization management has been in a high position.Relatively speaking,rural roads are of low grade and widely distributed,especially a large part of the road sections are distributed in mountainous areas,with low utilization rate.Therefore,insufficient attention is paid to the development of rural roads,which leads to the low level of informatization management of rural roads at this stage.The main work of the rural road is still collected,sorted,summarized and circulated through the artificial,the communication and sharing of information is not very smooth.For the limited number of management personnel for rural road maintenance and management work,coupled with the influence of distance,space and time,when multiple projects are carried out at the same time,it is difficult to fully consider the information collection and timely transmission of all projects,resulting in a lag in the information communication and data update between different levels.This greatly restricts the scientific decision-making of managers,and it is in urgent need of the intervention of more modern informatization management mode to improve the current situation.After the informatization management of rural road in Beijing is fully realized,the traffic situation in Beijing will be improved in an all-round way,and then comprehensively improve the traffic management level of Beijing by strengthening the refined management.Based on the above purpose,this paper analyzes and discusses the relevant theories and research results,combined with the author’s work practice,comprehensively analyzes the problems of rural road informatization management in Beijing,puts forward the existing problems of rural road informatization management in Beijing,and correspondingly explores the causes of the problems,through combing and drawing on the existing successful achievements and experience of high-level road maintenance informatization management in Beijing,conceives an intelligent information system framework for rural road maintenance management in Beijing.At the same time,proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the current level of rural road maintenance informatization management in Beijing from the perspective of municipal,district and township level management departments,in order to provide useful inspiration and reference for the development of informationalized management of rural road maintenance in Beijing. |
