Cloud meter collected abundant electricity data stored on the server,the data contains a variety of electric behavior,in power for user data in automated data mining can be better for the power company business personnel understand the user’s personalized,differentiated service demand,however,smart grid,which is a huge challenge for data explosion.Nowadays,most scholars use a single cluster analysis method to study the power consumption behavior of users.In order to better help people to interpret,analyze and verify the results of automated data mining,and to more intuitively and effectively analyze the differences in electricity consumption behavior of different users.Therefore,a visualization method is proposed.The perception ability of human eyes is the most efficient way for human to acquire knowledge,which determines that visualization can directly and efficiently convey information and help business personnel analyze data.Therefore,in order for power system experts to mine the hidden patterns behind the power behavior,the visualization method can be introduced into the smart grid,and it can be combined with the power data analysis and related domain knowledge:(1)a visualized analysis method based on electricity consumption data of cloud electricity meter is proposed.Electricity consumption data has typical temporal and spatial characteristics.This paper introduces map coding to present the spatial characteristics of users’ electricity consumption data in a more intuitive way.In addition,this paper classifies users according to the temporal characteristics of users in an automated data mining method.(2)This paper designs a Web GIS visual monitoring system based on cloud electricity meter.System based on visual analytics process standards to the visual layout method proposed in this paper,and automated data mining together,better help business personnel from the multiple perspectives analysis and comparison of the differences between the electrical behavior of,to help users better analysis and understand data,and solved the problem of the automated data mining result is difficult to analyze.The system also has the power data management function which can free the business personnel from the tedious data processing task.The visual monitoring system adopts the architecture of front and rear end separation,the data service is provided by ASP.NETWEB API at the back end,and the visual rendering is taken care of by the WEB front end.This kind of architecture design,which separates the front and rear tasks,can make the system have good scalability.Finally,in order to prove the effectiveness and practicability of the system,the paper makes a visual analysis of the power consumption behavior of the cloud meter users in an urban area,which can achieve the expected effect.
