Massive meter data collection and management platform for real-time/historical data generated by the production of electricity metering applications running store, concentrated, integration, sharing and analysis of sites, while providing uniform access standard way for massive smart grid meter data in real-time/historical data to provide the level of information infrastructure technology support. Among them, the real-time data is collected in real time for each business application accurately reflects the current meter data collected in real time and historical data over time is constantly settling down production data with time stamp. Massive historical/real-time data management platform not only to achieve a centralized and shared, and support real-time data based on the real-time status monitoring/historical data, the state of play based on historical data and analysis based on historical data mining applications.Describes the massive historical/real-time data management platform should be established to achieve the functional requirements specifications. This paper content mainly includes the massive amounts of historical/real-time data processing based on cloud computing platform basic architecture,and the specific technical implementation plan; Massive history/real-time data organization model, and through the cluster database manage massive historical/real-time data; Transmit electricity information data general protocol of application layer, and the general protocol description of the code, transmission format specification, packet analysis and operation process; Massive history/real-time data management platform of each function module should have the basic functional requirements, etc.
