Study On The Value And Composition Of Industrial Heritage In Xi’an During In The Period Of The First Five-year Plan

The outline of the 1st Five-Year Plan for national economic and social development(referred to as “Five-Year Plan”)is an important part of our national economic plan.Implementation of the 1st Five-Year Plan laid a solid foundation for China’s industrial development,and the industrial heritage of the 1st Five-Year Plan period provided valuable memory and wealth for the development of China’s industrial modernization.Xi’an is a city with emphasis on development in the period of the 1st Five-Year Plan,and its industrial heritage is of great importance and typical in the whole country.Different from the ancient heritage of Xi’an,the modern industrial construction is relatively late,and its special cultural value has not formed a whole and systematic cognition in the contemporary era.Xi’an industrial heritage is large and lack of internal relationship,the whole is in a fragmented state.In real life,the lack of records,the renewal of single industrial heritage and the demolition without evaluation all reflect the lack of understanding of the value of industrial heritage in the present society,which has become a common problem in the protection and reuse of industrial heritage.In summary,interpreting and studying the development history of industrial heritage and excavating the core value of industrial heritage are the basis of the protection of contemporary industrial heritage resources,which directly affects the related protection work of industrial heritage.The purpose of this study is to fill the gap in the research field of core value and value series of industrial heritage in Xi’an during the 1st Five-Year Plan period.This paper takes the industrial heritage of Xi’an in the 1st Five-Year Plan period as the research object,first introduces the background of urban development and industrial construction in the 1st Five-Year Plan period,and explores the important value connotation of the industrial heritage in Xi’ an during the 1st Five-Year Plan period.After that,through the relevant research above,on the basis of referring to the value composition of industrial heritage,and combining with the research of other relevant scholars,the composition of heritage value of other industrial cities is compared.The value of industrial heritage in Xi’an during the 1st Five-Year Plan period can be summarized as follows: 1)Historical Value —— an important witness of the rapid development of modern defense army industry,textile industry and power machinery industry;2)Scientific and Technical Value —— has industry pioneering and unique construction mode;3)the Social and Cultural Value —— corporate society model has formed a strong sense of community identity,deeply affecting the spatial layout and urban style of Xi’ an,forming the unique city memory of Xi ’ an period.Finally,combined with the important historical role and value framework of industrial heritage objects studied in this paper,corresponding to the value theme of industrial heritage in Xi ’ an in the 1st Five-Year Plan period,finally summarized the theme of heritage into three categories,and combined with the value judgment of the heritage carrier,so as to form a systematic list of industrial heritage in the 1st Five-Year Plan period.Explore the core value of industrial heritage,the value research framework and the research model of a series of heritage composition.
