The main energy consumption system in a city is the residential system.The study proposes a new perspective to optimize the spatial form of urban residential blocks,and combined with existing urban planning indicators,the purpose is to guide low-carbon development and reduce urban energy consumption.This paper takes the residential blocks in downtown Xi’an as the research object,summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of the spatial morphology indicators in the existing specifications,constructs the spatial morphology indicators from the perspective of low-carbonization,and parameterizes the indicators.On this basis,the carbon emissions of residential blocks were further estimated,and the correlation analysis with spatial morphology indicators was carried out,and high correlation indicators were selected.Finally,combined with the existing normative indicators and the calculation results of carbon emissions,the optimization range of the spatial morphological indicators of residential blocks in Xi’an was determined,and typical research samples were selected for empirical research.This research aims to provide a technical basis for the optimization of urban residential block spatial form planning based on the perspective of low-carbonization at the planning stage.First of all,it sorts out the relevant indicators of the residential blocks in the existing norms at home and abroad,summarizes their characteristics and shortcomings,and tries to start from a low-carbon perspective,and learns from the low-carbon evaluation index system of residential blocks at home and abroad,from the Horizontal layer and vertical layer.The level proposes low-carbonization-oriented spatial morphology indicators of residential blocks,and obtains research-related data through online open source channels to parameterize the spatial morphology indicators.Secondly,the carbon emissions of residential blocks are estimated,including electricity,gas,and warm carbon emissions,and the distribution characteristics of the quantitative results of spatial morphology indicators are summarized,using SPSS bivariate model,least squares regression analysis method,and stepwise regression The analytical method analyzes the correlation between the carbon emissions of residential blocks and the quantitative results of spatial morphology indicators,and extracts highly correlated indicators.Finally,by linking up with the planning indicators in the existing regulations and estimating the carbon emissions of residential blocks,the optimization range of the spatial morphology indicators of Xi’an residential blocks based on the low-carbon perspective is obtained,and empirical application is optimized for typical research samples.Through the above research content,this article has obtained the following research conclusions:1.The relevant elements of the spatial form of residential blocks in the existing codes can be summarized into the following five aspects: land use,road traffic,public service facilities,green open space,and buildings,including floor area ratio,building density,road network density,public service Facility land area,green area rate and other indicators.2.From the perspective of low-carbonization,the study constructed 9 residential block spatial morphology indicators including horizontal structure and vertical structure,including block land scale,building density,block bus station density,block functional diversity,and continuous street interface.Indexes such as degree,floor area ratio,block shape coefficient,block height variable coefficient,and layered floor area ratio change rate.3.The carbon emissions of residential blocks mainly refer to the carbon emissions of residents,including the carbon emissions of electricity,gas,and heating,which are estimated by combining the consumption indicators in the existing regulations and the carbon emission factors of related energy in the IPCC.4.Analyze the correlation between carbon emissions and block spatial morphology indicators,the indicators that are highly correlated with carbon emissions are extracted,and at the same time,combined with the indicator limits and carbon emissions in the existing regulations,the spatial morphology of residential blocks The indicator gives the recommended value range,and selects high-carbon emission blocks as samples for empirical research to optimize.
