Today,the level of modernization of cities is constantly improving and urban subway projects are gradually evolving.The construction of subway tunnel shields disrupts the surrounding land,causing the earth to shrink or rise.In actual engineering,situations with protective covers on existing buildings to ensure structural safety and normal use of existing buildings are normal.Currently,solution management of common railways is very common,and less research is being done at lower speeds.Based on the Shijiazhuang Metro Line 4 project within the Shield Tunnel Area,the Paper conducted a theoretical analysis and digital simulation of the BeijingShijiazhuang High-Speed Railway.This article describes existing high-speed rail foundation control standards,shield construction surface subsidy control standards and construction Parameters such as roadbed and roadbed U-slot subsidy.The main points and conclusions are as follows:(1)For shield construction through jingshi high railway base U-slot groove and surface subsidence control: U-slot along the direction of the railway as a wireless long flexible structure,as U-slot and surface deformation consistent,deformation control value is the same.According to the Railway Roadbed Design Specification,the high railway-based settlement control value is obtained,the surface subsidence control value without local experience is formulated according to the Urban Rail Transit Technical Specification,the settlement value control basis of different railways of the single-twoline tunnel is calculated according to the requirements of track smoothness,and the calculation value and control standard of surface subsidence corresponding to the depth of tunnel penetration are obtained.Comprehensive consideration of the project settlement control standards.(2)In view of the analysis of shield tunnel selection on sedimentation,the main analysis of line s Pacing and buried depth on the surface and U-slot groove sedimentation deformation.The following conclusions are drawn by using the single variable method: as the two-line s Pacing increases,the surface and U-slot± subsidence decrease gradually;In view of the above conclusions,the tunnel is reasonably selected.(3)On the basis of reasonable tunnel selection,according to the analysis of the i MPact of different shield construction Parameters on settlement,the main analysis of Palm surface pressure,slurry pressure and injection elastic modulus on the settlement of the i MPact of more obvious construction Parameters.The relationship between different construction Parameters and surface and U-slot subsidence is obtained by controlling variable method: as the construction Parameters of each shield increase,the sedimentation value of the surface and U-slot decreases,the surface of the receiving end will gradually be higher than the origin end as the pressure of the Palm surface increases,and the surface of the receiving end will gradually be lower than the starting end as the pressure of the slurry or the elastic modulus of the slurry increases.And give the appropriate shield construction Parameters.(4)On the basis of selecting the appropriate shield construction Parameters,the i MPact of roadbed subsidence control measures on surface and U-slot subsidence is analyzed,including analysis of roadbed pipe piles and a single variable analysis of horizontal rotary pile thickness around the tunnel The following conclusions: The tube pile has less influence on the change of the surrounding surface sedimentation,and has the effect of significantly reducing the settlement deformation of the U-slot,and the sedimentation value will increase significantly in the absence of the rotary-spray pile as the thickness of the rotary pile increases and the settlement of the U-slot decreases.And put forward reasonable settlement control measures.
