This thesis takes Xi’an Jingjiu Road underneath the Longhai Railway Frame Bridge as the engineering background,and relies on the BIM technology to create a frame bridge underneath the Longhai Railway through the collaboration,visualization and simulation of all parties,combined with specific engineering characteristics and construction conditions.Based on the BIM three-dimensional information model,the application research of BIM technology in the construction process was carried out,the schedule plan was compiled using Navisworks,and the construction simulation of important construction steps was carried out.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)Introduced the application of BIM technology in engineering construction,consulted the literature and summarized the development status of BIM technology at home and abroad,and then combined the Jingjiulu~Longhai Railway Overpass Project from the basic principles of BIM modeling,modeling process,and establishment The BIM modeling implementation standards were formulated in three aspects of the project model,and based on the standards,the Revit software was used to establish a three-dimensional information model according to the engineering characteristics.(2)Summarized the necessity of applying BIM technology to the construction process,introduced the construction method in detail based on the characteristics of the project,analyzed the advantages of applying BIM technology to construction management,and compiled a corresponding schedule in Navisworks.It is hoped that in the future,it can provide guarantee for the construction schedule management work,avoid the loss caused by the mismatch between the construction schedule and the schedule plan that may occur during the construction process,so as to ensure the construction quality and reduce the construction cost.(3)In view of the numerous procedures,complex construction conditions,and difficulty of construction in this project,3D Max is used to perform animation simulation of important construction steps,mainly for the following construction difficulties:(1)Deep foundation pit excavation and safety control;(2)Saturated soft loess conditions Construction of artificial digging piles and pre-supporting piles for deep foundation pits under railway lines;(3)Large-tonnage,high-precision,oblique cross-to-top construction;(4)Ensure the integrity of the cast-in-place interchange structure under the existing line,and solve the problem of position conflicts between overhead piles and the interchange structure.According to the construction simulation animation display,the construction personnel can understand the possible dangers in the construction process,and put forward some guiding suggestions for the construction steps,provide reference for the construction personnel,and assist the construction to proceed smoothly. |
