| With the development of society and economy,people have higher and higher requirements for indoor thermal environment.The type and material of the exterior wall of the vertical envelope structure and the construction method are one of the important influencing factors of building energy saving.The exterior wall is an important part of the building envelope structure,and the heat loss caused by the exterior wall accounts for the vast majority of the heat consumption of the envelope structure.In Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos,most rural residential exterior walls have not taken insulation measures,leading to increased energy consumption and poor indoor thermal environment,resulting in building energy waste and low efficiency and high energy consumption.Therefore,this paper takes the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly buildings as the basic principle,and uses scientific methods to explore the energy-saving forms of exterior walls of vertical envelope structures suitable for Hohhot,Baotou and Erdos(hereinafter referred to as Hu-Bao-E).This paper takes the thermal performance of the vertical envelope structure of rural residential buildings in Hubaoe area as the research object.(1)To analyze the geographical location and meteorological characteristics of Huhu,Baotou and Hubei region;Through field investigation and testing,the external wall load-bearing materials of vertical envelope structure of rural residential buildings,the use status of doors and Windows materials,the existing problems of heat transfer performance of doors and Windows and joints,and the positions and causes of thermal Bridges are obtained.(2)Through the analysis of the value of heat transfer coefficient and the distribution of temperature field,the influence of different load-bearing materials,different thickness of the same load-bearing material and the change of the position of thermal insulation system on the heat transfer performance in rural residential buildings under the solid masonry method of the exterior wall of vertical envelope structure is studied.Reach 40 mmeps insulation board pasted with 200 mm of autoclaved concrete block wall heat transfer coefficient in meeting the requirements of the specification values at the same time,the wall of the overall average maximum temperature,the heat preservation performance the most superior(3)the analysis of the rural residential vertical outside window profiles,glass at special positions of the envelope system affect the performance of heat preservation heat transfer process,Do to combat the effects of condensation performance of parts of the bridge and comparison to solve thermal bridge,the design method of special part concluded that strengthen vertical palisade structure heat preservation performance measures are: outside the window profiles using plastic,glass system to select three two cavity glass low-e glass monolithic coated glass system as well as to the additional insulation layer can improve the thermal bridge of condensation resistance;(4)To optimize the thermal performance of the vertical envelope structure of rural residential buildings.Firstly,the energy consumption simulation software is used to calculate the energy consumption under the original residential energy saving scheme.Then select the appropriate vertical envelope structure system and compare and analyze the influence of single factor,double factor and comprehensive factor on the energy consumption of the original house and the optimized vertical envelope structure.It is concluded that compared with the energy consumption of the original house in working condition 7(that is,changing the comprehensive factor),the annual cumulative thermal load of the energy-saving scheme in working condition 7 is 4145.30 k W·h.Compared with the original house,it is 11325.31 k W·h less,and the energy saving rate reaches the highest value,which is 76.69%.The energy saving effect is very obvious,which verifies the correctness of the optimization scheme of the vertical envelope structure of rural houses.This study provides some reference value for the optimization of thermal performance of vertical envelope structure and the construction of indoor thermal environment of rural residential buildings in Hubaoe area.To a certain extent,it improves the poor thermal performance of the vertical envelope structure of rural residential buildings in Hubaoe area,and promotes the energy saving,green and sustainable development of rural residential buildings. |
