| The Altay region of Xinjiang has a good endowment of new energy resources.Since the "13th Five-Year Plan",the new energy installed capacity of Altay Power Grid has been increasing year by year.With the rapid development of new energy and the continuous increase in its proportion,restricted by the cross-sectional capacity of local consumption and delivery channels and the characteristics of new energy output,the problem of new energy curtailment in the Altay region is severe,and the pressure of new energy consumption and grid peak shaving continues to increase The scope and degree of influence on the safe operation of the power grid is also expanding.With the continuous development of new energy industry and technology,its consumption strategy is also constantly enriched.The social and economic development of different regions is not the same,and new energy consumption requires targeted research on suitable strategies.At the same time,the adopted absorption strategy also needs to be evaluated to judge the adaptability of the adopted absorption strategy and be continuously improved.Aiming at the problem of new energy consumption in the Altay region,an effective consumption strategy has been formulated.A comparative analysis of different consumption channels is carried out,and demand response is selected as the consumption strategy of new energy consumption in Altay region.By implementing demand response and participating in new energy consumption,formulating relevant electricity prices and incentive policies,different types of users can be guided to actively adjust their own electricity consumption behaviors in response to system demand,achieving the goal of increasing system flexibility,and using different integrated consumption methods to promote New energy generation is connected to the grid.In order to improve the level of new energy integration and consumption,it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the benefits of new energy integration and consumption under the participation of different types of users in demand response.The focus is to establish an evaluation index system and determine its weights,and finally obtain the evaluation results.By comparing the commonly used analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method and other subjective and objective evaluation methods,analyze the respective characteristics of the two methods,adopt a combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to determine the evaluation index weight,and combine fuzzy gray relational clustering Analyze the theory and propose a new method for evaluating the characteristics of implementation indicators of new energy consumption strategies based on demand response.Taking the four integrated utilization methods of electric vehicles,commerce,industry and residents as examples,the new energy consumption strategies of Altay area are evaluated.And finally get a comprehensive evaluation result.The research results show that the demand response participation in the new energy integrated utilization effect details provides technical and decision-making reference for the subsequent new energy consumption and industrial development in the Altay area.At the same time,the comprehensive evaluation method used can objectively and accurately evaluate the industrial users’ participation in the new energy.The benefits brought by energy consumption can provide a strong support basis for power grid companies and related investors in the new energy consumption in Altay region,and have good application prospects. |
