| The design of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge is a common task in the design of high-speed railway bridges.The design method adopted will directly affect the design efficiency and quality of the bridge type,and then affect the design output value of the design institute.As a contemporary hot technology,BIM has received attention in the field of prestressed concrete bridge design and has achieved some research and application results.However,the problems of insufficient application depth and low efficiency are common,and it is difficult to fully tap the potential technical advantages of BIM Technology,such as system,collaboration,high efficiency and high automation.Taking the(64 + 64)m T structure of Shujie line super large bridge of East Railway Station as the engineering background,this paper explores the forward design method based on BIM.The main content includes:(1)Discusses the theoretical and characteristic advantages of BIM technology,summarizes the BIM series design platform which is widely used in engineering at present,selects the design platform suitable for the research content of this paper combined with the characteristics of software,analyzes the two modes of Bim in the design stage,studies the research status of BIM in the field of bridge design at home and abroad,and puts forward the forward three-dimensional design process of swivel bridge.(2)According to the characteristics of BIM Technology,Autodesk Revit is chosen as the core modeling software.Aiming at the characteristics of prestressed concrete continuous beam,the advantage of BIM parametric design is fully used.The parametric bridge design process based on rbcce+revit+dynamo is proposed,and then the efficient and fast 3D parametric model design can be realized.(3)Propose a modeling method of bridge steel bars based on RBCCE+Revit,classify the steel bars according to their distribution positions in the box girder,and explore the arrangement of different types of steel bars based on the three-dimensional positioning principle of the steel bars,and finally complete the establishment of steel model by inputting the type,size,quantity and spacing of steel bars.(4)In the process of bridge design,in order to test the mechanical characteristics and safety of spherical hinge,ABAQUS is used as the calculation software.In order to avoid the huge workload caused by building structural analysis model in the finite element software,the mode of model conversion between BIM design software and finite element analysis software is analyzed.On this basis,completes the calculation of the stress of the spherical hinge in the balanced state and the unbalanced state before the rotation.(5)Cantilever construction design is an important part of the design of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge.In the process of cantilever construction,the structural stress is constantly changing.In order to ensure the cantilever quality of continuous bridge,based on the analysis of the calculation model characteristics of continuous beam bridge,the cantilever construction simulation model is established by loading engineering information on BIM model to obtain the bridge deformation and stress characteristics and complete the cantilever construction Construction design. |
