In order to improve transport efficiency and charging efficiency,we will further improve the classification standards of automobile models in my country to make the people’s travel more convenient.Starting from January 1,2020,China has ended the14-year policy of charging freight vehicles by weight on expressways,and began to implement a policy of charging freight vehicles by model.In order to explore the travel characteristics of my country’s freight vehicles under the new charging policy,this disertation combines bounded rationality and complete rationality to simulate the travel behavior of freight vehicles.First,this disertation analyzes the influence factors of freight car drivers’ travel choice,then the SP survey method is adopted to investigate the freight car travel choice behavior,and chooses daytime(7:00~20:00)and evening(20:00 ~7:00),chooses highways and national and provincial arterial roads on the travel path.Through the analysis of the survey information,it is found that the driver’s own attributes have little influence on the travel choice of freight vehicles,while the truck model,cargo load,cargo type and travel distance have great influence on the travel choice of freight vehicles.Secondly,on the basis of completely rational theory and based on the travel behavior choice of freight vehicles,the MNL model of travel choice of freight vehicles is established to analyze the influence degree of the above influencing factors on the travel behavior of freight vehicles.Then the survey data is substituted into the model to test the accuracy of the model with the hit rate.It is found that the hit rate of the MNL model for freight vehicle travel selection is 70.09%,which has high accuracy.In addition,the simultaneous MNL model of freight vehicles’ departure time and travel path is established,and it is found that when freight trucks travel on national and provincial roads,they tend to travel at night.Finally,the bounded rationality theory is introduced,and the utility in the previously established MNL model is taken as the objective utility of the cumulative prospect theory,and the probability in the MNL model is taken as the objective probability of the cumulative prospect theory,and it is taken the travel route selection as the key research object.A case study is carried out to explore the influence of reference points and preference coefficient on freight travel route selection.At last,all the survey data are verified based on MNL-Cumulative prospect theory model,and the model hit rate reached 80.07%,which was better than the fitting effect predicted by Logit model alone.This article conducts a study on the travel behavior selection of freight cars,which can explore the characteristics of freight cars travel selection behavior in the case of charging by vehicle type.It is helpful for traffic management personnel to understand the distribution of people’s social activities and traffic needs,so as to better balance the distribution of road network flow in the management process,reasonably conduct traffic flow induction,so as to implement traffic demand management and improve the level of highway management. |
