| Under the background of our country vigorously promoting the industrialization of construction and housing,there are some factors restricting the production of PC component factories in the process of producing components.At present,due to the complexity of the function and structure of the building,the standardization degree of the split components is low,which makes the types and sizes of the components after splitting are various,and is not conducive to mass production.Moreover,the production technology of the factory is not yet mature,and the level of information management is low.Most of the processes are still completed manually by workers.PC component production automation level is far from being achieved,resulting in waste of resources and increased production costs,coupled with the lack of reasonable management system,hindered the improvement of production efficiency.Based on the project design and improvement of ’ Rapid Process Decision System Based on Knowledge Fusion ’ in a science and technology company,combined with the actual production situation of a prefabricated component factory,this paper makes a detailed analysis and discussion on the process decision expert system of PC component based on knowledge.On the basis of the research,the development of the process management system of the prefabricated factory was completed,and the production process preparation efficiency of the factory was greatly improved and a lot of time was saved in the actual production.In this paper,the key technologies of process decision-making are studied,and the main work is as follows :(1)A knowledge-based CAPP system framework for PC components is proposedIn view of the current situation of PC component manufacturing industry in China,the characteristics of component technology and the requirements for the development and implementation of CAPP system,the design framework of the whole system is proposed,and the operations of CAPP for component feature information reading,process decision-making,and process specification output are completed.And integrated management module function,the design constitutes the entire CAPP system,to achieve the effective management of process documents,NC process preparation,management and application paperless.(2)Research on PC component technologyIn this paper,the processing technology of PC components is studied,the process characteristics of PC components are proposed,the typical processing technology is analyzed in detail,and the various process information contained in it is summarized.Finally,the rule knowledge in CAPP system is summarized and a typical process model based on production rule is proposed.(3)Research on the reasoning method of process decision expert systemThe realization of reasoning method is at the core of the whole system.How to complete the use of rule knowledge and reason the known process knowledge to form a new process is the key to the realization of this system.Firstly,this paper introduces the knowledge of expert system and expert system database,and summarizes the reasoning mechanism suitable for this system combined with the process realization.Finally,this paper discusses the rapid programming expert system of PC components in detail,and introduces their respective implementation methods.(4)Research on multi-system integrationAt present,the production of most PC component factories only reaches the level of CAD/CAM integration.Most CAPP applications are also individual applications.The current quality management methods are backward and lack of real-time processing and control of quality information on the production site.This paper presents a multi-system integration method based on XML standard format,completes the information integration,process integration and function integration of PC components,and realizes the collaborative management under the PDM framework platform.platform. |
