The power industry is the most important basic energy industry in social and economic development.In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,electricity consumption has risen sharply,the scale of power supply has expanded sharply,and the requirements for electricity services have also increased.With the continuous construction of smart grids,the electricity consumption information collection system has achieved "full coverage",and a large amount of basic electricity consumption information data can be obtained.In the actual production process,various indicators of the stable operation of the system and electricity customer information are evaluated.Accuracy has put forward higher requirements.An accurate distribution network topology model is the key to ensuring the safe and stable operation of the distribution network,and is the basis for the three-phase balance,line loss analysis,and fault diagnosis in the station area.In recent years,with the increasing scale of distribution network power supply,due to changes in the optimization and rectification of lines in old communities and line construction in new communities,the file records of the station are often not updated in time and are not completely consistent with the actual line information.Aiming at the problem of inaccurate recording of the distribution network topology structure,this paper combines the current situation of data collection and storage in the electricity consumption information collection system,and proposes methods to identify the relationship between the households and the changes in the distribution network by using voltage correlation and user daily electricity consumption.Method,use the measurement information to estimate the line parameters,and on this basis,analyze the power consumption behavior of the users in the station.The main contents are as follows:(1)Read a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,analyze the research background and significance of this article,summarize in detail the software and hardware identification methods of low-voltage distribution network topology,the current research status of distribution network line parameter estimation,and user electricity consumption behavior The application in user portrait description,power usage pattern,power usage trend,user clustering,power theft detection,etc.illustrates the practical significance of low-voltage distribution network topology identification and power usage behavior analysis.(2)Introduced the basic content of the basic structure and characteristics of the distribution network,the structure and node deployment of the user electricity information collection system,and the preprocessing of data collection.A low-voltage distribution network topology verification method based on voltage correlation is proposed.This method improves the traditional Kmeans clustering algorithm.During the analysis of the user voltage curve,the shape and amplitude of the user voltage curve can be changed.Perceive on the Internet and quickly infer the topology.It can effectively increase the check rate of the ledger and reduce the work intensity of the front-line staff.(3)According to the data collection and storage characteristics of the existing measurement system,using the user’s daily electricity consumption data,a PCA-based low-voltage distribution network "household-variable" phase relationship identification method is proposed.First,according to graph theory and the principle of energy conservation,the linear relationship between the total meter and the sub-meter in the power supply network is analyzed,and the measurement error that may exist in the measurement process of the meter is analyzed in detail,and then the regression matrix and the linear model are calculated by PCA.Incidence matrix,through the definition of the incidence matrix,infer the phase relationship between household changes in the district.Finally,the simulation model verifies the validity of the topology identification method based on daily electricity consumption.(4)Conduct research on the serious shortage of line parameters of low-voltage distribution network,analyze the influence of voltage imbalance on the calculation of line parameters,based on the identification of the distribution network topology,according to the principle of equal voltage on the secondary side of the transformer.The line parameter model of the distribution network is constructed,and finally the estimated value of the distribution line parameter is obtained.(5)Analyzed the influence of line aging and line faults on line parameters.According to the characteristics of the more common under-voltage and under-current stealing and the changes in line impedance,the status of the line was evaluated by constructing a line parameter change model.Judgment,indicating the operating status of the line.Finally,it is verified by simulation analysis that the impedance judgment model and the traditional electricity theft detection method can effectively judge whether the user’s electricity consumption behavior is normal.
