| In recent decades,China’s economy has developed rapidly,with which the real estate industry has sprung up.Some new building technologies have emerged and gradually been widely used,especially in building electricity,which is mainly reflected in the following two aspects:on the one hand,the improvement of traditional electrical equipment;on the other hand,the penetration and application of information technology as a new technology in the electrical field,making electrical equipment intelligent,such as microcomputer integrated protection technology,When over-current,under voltage,over-voltage,three-phase imbalance and other conditions occur in the circuit,endangering the safety and normal operation of electrical equipment,the protection device can quickly make corresponding actions to make the electrical equipment run more smoothly and safely;Another example is the application of information technology in the field of fire monitoring,which greatly improves the fire prevention and extinguishing capacity of buildings.In this paper,a new residential district project in Nanchang city is selected for research and design.Some new improved electrical technology,equipment and new information technology applications in recent years are integrated into the project to make the district more safe,reliable,intelligent and energy-saving.Firstly,the load of the project is calculated,and the capacity,type and connection group of the transformer are selected;The high-voltage distribution system is designed,including the selection of high-voltage switch cabinet type,the design of load switch,current transformer,voltage transformer and power instrument in incoming cabinet,outgoing cabinet and Pt cabinet;According to the load condition,the low-voltage distribution system is designed,including the selection of low-voltage switch cabinet type,the design of power switch,capacitor bank and current transformer inside the incoming cabinet,outgoing cabinet and capacitor cabinet,as well as the load calculation of each outgoing circuit and the selection of main components;The characteristics and application occasions of various cables are analyzed,and the appropriate cables are selected according to the requirements of the project.The cross-section of the cable is selected according to the current carrying capacity standard,and it is checked according to the short-circuit thermal stability formula.Then is the plane layout design,according to the size of the equipment and the size of the site,as well as the requirements of various standards and specifications.The layout design of residential public substation,1 Public substation,2 public substation and special substation;The form and size of the cable trench,the bracket in the trench and the cover plate made of steel plate are also designed;Then,the load of emergency power diesel generator is calculated,and the diesel generator is arranged on the plane;Then the lighting design is carried out,the lighting mode and type are analyzed,and the selection of light source is also considered.The lighting power distribution system diagram and plan are designed with examples.Finally,the fire electrical part,lightning protection and grounding system of the project are designed.With the corresponding safety measures,the fire compartment is divided first,then the fire power supply and its distribution are analyzed,and the system diagram of dual power box related to fire protection is designed.Then the fire monitoring system,emergency lighting,lightning protection and grounding system and safety measures are designed. |
