| After nearly 20 years of rapid development,Chinese society has entered a new stage of industrialization and urbanization.On January 1,2013,after being approved by the State Council,Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China published the Green-Architecture Action Plan,which has pointed out the direction of advance for the development of China’s construction industry,it has become the focus of development that developing green building and promoting the industrialization of Architecture.From 2016,China began to encourage housing industrialization and promoting prefabricated buildings,building products factory production,improving the quality of construction.Prefabricated homes include two main types of prefabricated concrete structure and prefabricated steel structure,because the steel structure is prefabricated,it is more environmentally friendly than prefabricated concrete.Under such a background,Hang Xiao Steel Structure co.,LTD.has developed a new steel structure residential system –square concrete-filled steel tube shear Wall structure house.The shear wall system is essentially a type of steel plate shear walls,however,there is no such type of steel plate shear wall in the technical specification of Technical specification for steel plate shear walls,In the practical project,we should Give reasonable advice about setting up the models for analysis of the structure,the structural master ratio and stability of the wall.The main research contents of the type of steel plate shear walls are as follows:First of all,the current situation of steel construction residence in our country is introduced,and the development of steel structure housing in countries such as Europe,the US and Japan,then introduces the composition of the steel tube beam concrete system,joint connection and the construction process.Second,there is no modeling analysis of this system due to the common software such as PKPM and YJK,so how to use software to simulate calculation has become an important problem in practical engineering applications.In this paper,we analyze its feasibility according to reinforced concrete structure with the method that the steel tube bundles are equivalent to the corresponding thickness of concrete with equivalent elastic modulus.Third,the square concrete-filled steel tube shear wall structure is essentially a type of steel plate shear walls,however,the limit of the overall calculation index of this system is not given in the specification,such as period ratio,displacement angles,displacement ratio,shear-weight ratio,stiffness ratio.Based on the characteristics of steel structure and considering the comfort of residential buildings,this paper gives some suggestions.Fourth,application prospect of the square concrete-filled steel tube shear wall system. |
