Energy shortage faced by all countries in the world,and building is one of the major energy consumption fields of industry、transportation and building.With the substantial improvement of my country’s national economy and people’s requirements for indoor comfort,building energy consumption will continue to rise.Passive building is an important design form to maintain indoor comfort and reduce energy consumption.Optimizing the passive energy-saving design is an important research direction to reduce resources consumption and tap the building energy-saving potential.To identy、simulation and optimize Sensitive factor of passive building design,and study the passive building energy strategy.First,this paper constructs a list of building energy factors affecting,and defines passive building design factors.According to the weather conditions in Beijing area,this paper identies passive building sensitive factors,and does integrated research on the design parameters carried in the BIM model.Secondly,this paper analyze the interoperability of BIM data in the creation and transmission process,and by the self-built BIM model,conducts building energy consumption simulation and building natural lighting simulation on the Rhino/Grasshopper platform,and studies framework of multi-objective optimization based on BIM technology.Finally,through empirical analysis of a public building in Daxing District,Beijing,this paper conducts building performance simulation based on BIM technology,and uses NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm to perform multi-objective optimization of passive building design sensitive factors,and analyze the Pareto Fron to provide a reference for passive building design in this area.In this paper,the BIM model integrating parameterized design variables provides the data source of building performance simulation.The paper combines simulation engine and optimization algorithm for coupling calculation,and constructs an energy-saving optimization design process based on "optimization algorithm".The research method and results can provide a basis for the comprehensive optimization of energy conservation design parameters of passive buildings in cold B,and bring new ideas for energy conservation strategy decision-making of passive buildings.
