In Shared under the background of economic development,the Shared bus operators to provide its members with car use right way,to solve the public transportation resources,urban congestion,limit,limit,main problems of parking demand,provides a new choice for the city,meet the users personalized travel demand,but the user travel demand imbalance and tidal characteristics,As a result,the inventory of vehicles at the site is unbalanced,leading to the increase of operation and management costs of car-sharing enterprises,and affecting the experience and satisfaction of car-sharing rental users when picking up and returning cars.In this article,we will share the rental car users is divided into four types,exploring the price scheduling mechanism for sharing rental car users to scheduling behavior and the effect of adjusting Shared vehicle scheduling system,a reasonable guide Shared car rental users to scheduling,improve the utilization rate of vehicles,but also improve the car users experience and satisfaction.Journey through the observation method,interview method and the user figure and questionnaire survey,the integrated use of the relevant theoretical knowledge of design and management,based on the technology acceptance model,introducing the theory of planned behavior of subjective norm and perceived behavioral control,and the user car features,explore the choice behavior for sharing rental car users to scheduling.Through the incentive mechanism to reflect the perceived usefulness,it verified the hypothesis that the incentive mechanism positively affects the users of shared car rental to accept the self-scheduling,which is of great significance to the study of how the incentive mechanism acts on the users of shared car rental to accept the self-scheduling,and to reduce the cost of enterprise operation and management.Share car rental scheduling based on price in the user to select behavior influence factor analysis,understand the user car features for users to scheduling behavior intention was significantly positively related,through questionnaire survey,the user transport characteristics were analyzed,and the results show that the short rent mode user took the car on the way to new,acceptable to the new site furthest distance;When the user leaves the new return point,the longest distance is acceptable.In terms of reward methods,most of the four types of users tend to choose cash coupons,followed by delayed car return coupons.By analyzing the user types that refuse to accept scheduling with a large number of samples,and comparing them with the samples that accept scheduling in their user types,the key factors that affect the user’s refusal to accept scheduling are obtained.Based on price scheduling,this paper studies the user selection behavior and user vehicle characteristics of shared car rental,and designs the price scheduling system of shared car so that the enterprise operation service system can accurately push the appropriate self-scheduling request to the corresponding shared car rental users.It can alleviate the imbalance of vehicle inventory between the car sharing stations,improve the utilization rate of shared cars,and then improve the user experience and satisfaction,and maximize the public benefits of shared cars.
