| In recent years,with the development of roads and the rise of private car ownership,traffic problems in various regions have become increasingly prominent.Smart city aims to solve the living problems of citizens and create a good and comfortable living environment for citizens.Urban traffic problems can be optimized through the construction of intelligent transportation systems to achieve green transportation and low-carbon travel.Intelligent bus station is an important part of public facilities.At present,the implementation of our country is still in the design stage of electronic station.Therefore,this paper takes smart city and smart traffic as the background to study the design of smart bus stations.Through literature research,compare the domestic and foreign urban studies and wisdom bus station kiosk design practice,sum up experience,find the wisdom of our country more technology for bus station bus station pavilion pavilion become smarter,mainly on the hardware facilities to improve the original bus stops,specific function to provide real-time bus,local weather,such as information,has received mostly on modelling contracted style,lack of overall planning of bus station kiosks.The author used the user research method to conduct an investigation on the target group and sort out the user characteristics,behaviors and needs of the target group.The author used the Kano model to analyze the needs.Then,the author of Guangzhou Nansha District cultural characteristics to understand,for the later design to lay the foundation.The design scheme mainly optimizes passenger experience from the following three aspects: 1.Information module: add information screen outside the station to facilitate passengers to know the number information inside the platform from the outside in advance;2.The station board provides the information of the passenger flow inside the station,and the local information can be magnified by hand for the convenience of the elderly.The display switch mode according to day and night changes,reducing the stimulation of the light of the electronic screen to the human eye;Multidirectional sound box,simultaneously broadcast,to ensure that the message touch;The design of multiple waiting door guide to help passengers find the corresponding waiting place,to achieve the purpose of dividing the crowd and improving the efficiency of getting on and off the bus;Electronic screens are placed on either side of the billboard to guide passengers to nearby facilities.2.Business module: the self-service desk,the middle electronic screen inside the kiosk rotating advertising,can cooperate with multiple advertising partners at the same time;Self-service desk provides map,recharge,emergency help and other services;There are self-service shopping and rental machines next to the station signs,which can cooperate with merchants according to the needs of the station.3.Rest module: the infrastructure is perfect,the trash can is placed outside the booth to keep the environment inside the booth clean;The seat can rest for many people;Water guide structure,roof incline upward to a certain Angle,the rain into the station rear.The author fully considers the ergonomic factors in the product design,and deeply analyzes the functionality,safety,practicability and emotion of the intelligent bus station kiosk.At the end of this paper,the satisfaction of product function optimization was investigated,and the results of questionnaire collection proved that this study effectively improved the passengers’ waiting experience in the bus station kiosk. |
