| Spinal cord injury may trigger neurogenic bladder,damage motor and sensory functions of bladder.At present,intermittent clean catheterization is usually used to help patients with damage of sensory functions of bladder to micturate timely in medicine,but the frequent urination by catheter make the patient miserable,and the catheter is easy to casuse lower urethra infection.So there is important practical significance to research new bladder urine volume or pressure monitoring device in engineering.In order to overcome the problems of existing bladder urine volume or pressure monitoring system such as complex structure,injure of bladder tissue,short battery life,high power consumption and susceptibility to spatial position in wireless power,difficulty to measure bladder urine volume in body multi-pose.An implantable bladder urine volume monitoring system is designed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the research results of implantable medical devices and the function requirements of bladder urine volume monitoring system,the total solution is designed,includes hardware system composed of the internal monitoring device and the external receiving device and software system composed of the internal device program and the external device program.The internal monitoring device is powered by a small lithium battery,collects the pressure signal of the flexible pressure sensor which produced by bladder and send it to outside through Bluetooth Low Energy;the external receiving device can charge the battery through magnetic coupling resonance wireless power transfer,receive the internal pressure sensor signal and convert it into bladder urine volume through computational model to display and store.(2)To solute the problems of existing bladder urine volume monitoring system such as weak error resistance and bad measurement results in different postures of human body,a computational model based on interval division in upright posture and a computational model based on clustering in any posture are proposed.The computational models convert the pressure signal collected by the pressure sensor into bladder urine volume level,and it can be updated online by historical data stored in the system.(3)A simulation experiment platform is built to research the characteristics of monitoring system and measurement data using sensors data in different posture and different urine volume,and establish the computational models based on measurement data.The real values are compared with the predicted values of the computational models,the results verify the rationality of the bladder urine volume monitoring system and the effectiveness of the computational models.The simulation experiment results show that the system can detect bladder urine volume continuously and stably,the two computational models are effective,the measurement accuracy meets the application requirements,the system has a lot of advantages such as small volume,low power consumption,long running time,timely warning,which can provide technical guidance for the design of new bladder urine volume monitoring device. |
