| In recent years, the quality of our life has been constantly improved, but the health problem is increasingly affecting our life. Air pollution, water pollution and eating health make people ill. When dealing with more and more patients, medical test efficiency are too limited, it’s more and more difficult to get medical service in hospital. Particularly the aging has become a striking feature of our country, elderly patients with disease are always unable to move freely, so rapid and convenient health detection of the elderly becomes a hot spot of research at home and abroad. Urine test, as a widely used means of medical diagnosis, gives great help to the doctor when diagnosing the illness. However, most of traditional urine test methods need complicated process and have low test efficiency, the process of inspection and the long time waiting brings inconvenience to patients.Touchsensor is a kind of capacitive sensor designed for urine test which can quickly detect a variety of biological compositions.This paper studied urine test methods and put forword a urine test instrument design idea based on biological sensors. The paper realized an efficient,wireless,cheap and portable urine test instrument on the basis of the analysis of the sensor research. The main research of this paper includes the following several aspects:1. Popular urine test methods and their advantages and shortcomings were studied.2. Reaserched the principle and parameters of Touchsensor and designed the signal processing circuit.Touchsensor is a kind of micro capacitive biosensor, the variation magnitude of the capacitor ranges from 100 pF to 10 nF, and the minimum variation is pF, so the signal processing circuit with the measurement accuracy of pF was realized.3. Studied the Low Power Bluetooth, and designed the hardware circuit and software program, realized both blutooth and USB communication interfaces.4. Designed the whole urine test instrument system based on low-power dissipation Nuverton M0519 Micro-controller.5 Designed the PC management software based on the Virtual Instrument platform LabVIEW2014, which has the ability of real-time display, data analysis, storage, print and network sharing. |
