| With the development of recent years,the highway transportation network has been gradually improved.For constructing a new development pattern,a modern and high-quality integrated traffic network is indispensable.Interchanges connect multiple highways as a bond,and they also have an essential function in the highway network.The choice of interchange type directly affects the functionality of the interchange and it will greatly affect the capacity of highway,therefore,the travel efficiency of residents will also be affected.The process of schemes choosing has to be more scientific and rational.More factors than technology need to be taken into consideration.How to combine the functions with costs of interchange to polish up the process of schemes choosing and find out the more cost-effective scheme is a crucial issue to be addressed.This thesis sums up the common types and distinctions of interchanges.A modern management style which named Value Engineering is combined with the selection of interchange’s scheme design,and then the relevant work-flow is formulated.Factors which affect the choice of schemes can be found out according to the related reference material.After that,an exhaustive functional analysis of expressway interchange is taken according to the related reference material.The prototype of interchange’s functional indicators can be sorted out.Those experts in the field of interchange construction get invited to further optimize those functional indicators.Then,an ISM model of functional indicators based on the opinions of experts can be established.The hierarchical relationship between the functional indicators is clarified and a functional indicator system of expressway interchange is built up.After that,a comparison and selection model for interchange’s scheme design can be established.Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to calculate the weight of functional indicators.Grey Evaluation Method is used to quantify the qualitative functional indicators.Life Cycle Cost is combined in order to calculate the value coefficient.Finally,Value Engineering was used to choose the design scheme of the Wuliying hub-type interchange which belongs to the expressway building project A of Guizhou Province.After calculated the coefficients related to value engineering of three alternative design schemes,the optimal design scheme was selected through the comparison of the value coefficients.The research in this thesis provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the comparison and selection of interchange’s design schemes.It also can be used as a reference for those projects which in the same type when comparing and selecting the design schemes. |
