| At present,prefabricated building is in a period of rapid development under the support of China’s policy.However,the development of prefabricated buildings in rural areas is slow and still in a blank state.After the flood of Poyang Lake,the prefabricated building has a huge market demand in China’s rural areas.In order to further healthy and rapid development of prefabricated buildings in China,the prefabricated cold-formed thin-walled steel foamed fiber concrete composite load-bearing wallboard suitable for rural areas is developed.Compared with the brick concrete structure wall in rural areas,this wallboard has thermal insulation property,which is in line with the development goal of green energy saving of prefabricated buildings,and has taken a solid step in the research direction of self insulation of prefabricated structures.Based on the rural resettlement housing project,this paper mainly carried out the following research.(1)After solving the delamination problem of foamed concrete.Based on the basic mix proportion of foamed concrete,the optimal mix proportion of foamed fiber concrete and foamed fiber ceramsite concrete is determined by orthogonal test.The results show that the physical and mechanical properties of foamed fiber concrete without ceramsite are better.(2)The design of composite wallboard solves the problem of how to better embed the U-shaped steel of male and female groove into the foam fiber concrete in the mold car.(3)The optimal mix proportion of foamed fiber concrete is used in the mass production of the production workshop,and the problem of fiber nest in mass production is solved.(4)During the mass production period,we observed the preparation process carefully and invented a simple device,which greatly improved the efficiency of preparing wallboard.(5)The bending strength,compressive strength,softening coefficient and heat transfer coefficient of the prepared composite wallboard are tested,and the conclusion is drawn.(6)During the construction of small plate model house in the factory,the construction technology was summarized,and the measures to improve the construction technology were put forward,which improved the construction efficiency of small.plate model house.In this paper,the physical and mechanical properties of cold-formed thin-walled steel foamed fiber concrete composite wallboard are fully tested and studied,and the composite load-bearing wallboard suitable for rural areas is designed,which has a great role in promoting the use of prefabricated buildings in rural areas. |
