At present,the development of wall materials in the world has been in the direction of synthetic materials,composite materials and the use of solid waste.A complete new building material system has already formed on building structural materials and building functional materials.The energy consumption of building materials in China is higher than that of other countries in the world,which is not in line with the call for sustainable development of green environmental protection.For example,In the past,some interior walls are made of clay brick walls.This paper summarized and analyzed according to the present form of building energy saving and energy saving materials,and researched a kind of thin wall steel concrete composite thermal insulation bearing wallboard based on the research of the existing steel frame wall system.The thin wall steel concrete of thin wall steel concrete composite thermal insulation bearing wallboard is the main load-bearing framework.This load bearing system is poured into concrete outside the thin wall steel frame,which makes the steel frame and concrete cooperate together to bear the vertical load together.Then use the thermal insulation mortar as filling material in the load-bearing framework.The wallboard not only has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection,but also has good Force performance.In order to study the mechanical properties of the wall plate under vertical load,6 wall panels were used to test the axial compression and eccentric compression.The bias test can be divided into two kinds of test methods,the eccentricity 20 mm and the eccentricity 40 mm.Two panels are required for each test..The mechanical properties such as failure phenomenon,ultimate bearing capacity and deflection of the wall under different vertical loads are studied.Using ABAQUS finite element software simulation analysis was carried out on the wall model,simulated the wall under the condition of axial compression and bias of failure process and ultimate bearing capacity,reliability of the finite element analysis.By ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the full-scale wall under the vertical load bearing performance,according to the main parameters affecting the wallboard mechanical properties,such as: high aspect ratio,thickness ratio and so on,by changing the parameters,the design of the full-scale wall model,different performance,to simulate the real wall under vertical load is finally through the load-displacement curve and stress-strain curve and so on,the study of the bearing capacity of the insulation composite wall panel.Paper studies the design and application of this composite insulation bearing wallboard provides an important theoretical basis and practical value.
