| The most developed and mature country in Asia is Japan;Compared with Japan,because China’s tourism industry started late,the corresponding B &B industry is also immature,lack of rich practical experience and has not formed a favorable development model.Japan’s aging is serious.In recent years,the birth rate has decreased,the population has a negative growth trend,and there are many vacant traditional residential buildings,which provide advantages for the development of B &B industry.As China has entered the process of large-scale urbanization,many villagers enter the city to work,resulting in a large number of traditional houses are also vacant,which is also conducive to the development of B &B industry.In the current development situation,this paper makes a comparison between the B &B industry of China and Japan,hoping to bring some reference to the development of the B &B industry in China.With the development of science and technology,the popularization of 5g technology,the convenience of transportation,the rapid progress of society,the trend of world globalization,the improvement of our national living standards,the material needs of life have been met,and gradually transferred to the psychological needs.At the same time,people’s psychological demands have also changed,from the beginning of "Walking Horse watching fancy" tourism punch in to today’s "immersive" cultural experience,which is no longer the pursuit of the number of scenic spots,but the pursuit of quality experience service.This makes the tourism industry as a third-party service industry grow rapidly,rural tourism is increasingly popular,and many tourism resources with development potential have been developed one after another.This is a historic opportunity for the rapid development of the B &B industry all over the country.However,the rapid development has brought problems that have not been considered to this industry which is not too mature for China.At present,the domestic rural tourism is too eager for quick success and instant benefit,which makes the original traditional houses unable to be well protected.At the same time,there is no corresponding theoretical design support.Random reconstruction,demolition and reconstruction or homogenization of local B &B not only make the tourists’ sense of experience greatly reduced,but also bring irreversible damage to the traditional villages and traditional houses.Today’s rapid development has also brought many problems,Japan as the ancestor of the development of traditional residential transformation.For example,Japan’s Kyoto Machiya,which has experienced the transformation and development of B &B,is now in a relatively mature stage.It has a wealth of sustainable development cases and solutions to the environmental problems caused by the rapid development of B &B and the destruction of traditional houses.With the support of my tutor,my college and my family,I went to Osaka Foreign Language Institute in 2019 to study.Meanwhile,I conducted an8-month research and exploration in Osaka and the nearby Kansai area.This paper hopes that through the exploration and Research on the process of Japanese traditional residents’ residential transformation,it can bring experience for China’s traditional residents’ residential transformation.Combined with socialism with Chinese characteristics,it can summarize the sustainable development strategies and methods of Chinese traditional residents’ residential transformation which are more suitable for China. |
