In today’s environment of China’s continuous economic development,the city’s infrastructure has been a lot of investment,more cities have a set of perfect subway line network,driving the flow of people and economic interaction in various areas of the city,effectively alleviating the pressure of ground traffic.At the same time,more and more people prefer the convenient and fast mode of transportation,but with the continuous expansion of the subway line network and the increasing complexity of the spatial structure of the subway station,users can not use GPS positioning service indoors,the spatial layout of the subway station is still in the stage of visual inspection guided by traditional signs.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements that users can effectively improve the travel efficiency and experience in the subway station,and solve the problems of large error in traditional indoor positioning accuracy,this paper proposes the research and design of positioning and navigation in the subway station based on WiFi fingerprint.First of all,this paper introduces the current mainstream technologies and methods for indoor positioning,and according to the current deployment of the subway station,WiFi wireless communication technology and signal strength fingerprint method are selected as the research objects to achieve positioning in the subway station.Gaussian filter and K-means clustering algorithm are used to preprocess the data in the off-line acquisition stage of fingerprint database,which solves the interference of noise data on positioning accuracy.In the online positioning stage,the weighted KNN algorithm is used to match the measured points with the fingerprint reference points to make the estimated coordinates of the measured points more accurate.In the navigation phase,Dijkstra algorithm and a * search algorithm are analyzed and compared,and a * search algorithm model is used to realize the path planning of subway station.Secondly,this paper designs the positioning and navigation system based on WiFi fingerprint method,and analyzes the scene requirements and user requirements of the system.The overall architecture of the positioning and navigation system based on WiFi fingerprint and various information tables of the database are designed.In addition,the system module design is analyzed in detail.Finally,this paper develops the positioning and navigation system of subway station based on WiFi fingerprint,selects the experimental scene and layout the regional fingerprint reference points,and uses B/S(Browser/server)architecture mode to realize the data interaction between the front and back end of the system.Three dimensional electronic map browsing is added in the home page of the system,so that users can more intuitively understand the spatial layout of the subway station in accessing the system,and two-dimensional electronic map is used in the positioning and navigation module of the system to realize users’ positioning and navigation needs.
