With the introduction of manufacturing-related policies such as "Made in China2025","Manufacturing Power Strategy",and "Re-industrialization Strategy",information-based manufacturing has become the focus of various manufacturing companies.The purpose of informatization construction and informatization management of all enterprises is to achieve low-cost and high-efficiency completion of manufacturing tasks,and to achieve a high degree of synchronization between production plans and manufacturing operations.At this stage,most of the MES on the market can fulfill the manufacturing resource management needs of manufacturing companies.However,with the intensified competition in the global market economy,the dividends of enterprises in manufacturing management have been exhausted.The era of customized production has arrived,and the customized needs of customers continue to increase,forcing traditional manufacturing companies to transform into productive service companies.In the context of customized production,the uncertainty of orders,resources and processes makes the execution process of manufacturing operations affected by various dynamic factors,which ultimately leads to the out-of-synchronization between the production plan and the actual operation.However,the existing MES is mainly aimed at specific production scenarios,has poor adaptability to the manufacturing business model,and the high degree of system business coupling is difficult to achieve flexible resource allocation and dynamic reconfiguration of the execution plan.If an enterprise wants to dynamically optimize the resource allocation and execution plan for its execution unit,it needs to spend a lot of capital investment and technical cost to reconstruct the software,which is unbearable for ordinary enterprises.Aiming at the problems faced by the above-mentioned manufacturing companies and the deficiencies of existing solutions,this dissertation proposes a microservice-based job scheduling mechanism for MES.Through the introduction of microservice technology,manufacturing resource matching mechanism and job scheduling mechanism,the dynamic configuration of manufacturing resources of the MES and the dynamic adjustment of the production execution plan are realized to improve the business flexibility and robustness of the MES.The main research contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Through literature research on traditional MES,combined with the relevant cases of the team’s implementation in the MES,it is finally concluded that the main difference between the execution of each MES is the dynamic processing mechanism of the manufacturing operation.On this basis,the characteristics of the job execution of the MES are analyzed.Aiming at the dynamic and changeable characteristics of the manufacturing production process,this dissertation introduces a manufacturing resource matching mechanism,and realizes the dynamic matching method of manufacturing operations and manufacturing resources by using the ontology matching algorithm.The impact of the dynamic variability of the manufacturing process.(2)Explain and construct the standardized operation method of manufacturing system operations.Aiming at the characteristics of the diversified production business model of manufacturing enterprises,a job scheduling mechanism is proposed,which is based on the manufacturing process route of the enterprise.By using the job scheduling model to realize the dynamic reconfiguration of the manufacturing process path,so as to adapt to the differences in the production mode of different manufacturing companies and the changes in business processes.(3)The high business coupling of the MES at this stage is not conducive to the function expansion and reconstruction of the manufacturing execution system.This dissertation introduces the microservice architecture into the development of the prototype system,and realizes the decoupling of the MES business.Finally,the feasibility and practicability of this scheme are verified through example tests.
