Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development and maturity of 3D printing technology,it has gradually become the "new favorite" of auto parts manufacturing with the advantages of short product development time,fast manufacturing speed and low cost.In particular,it is superior to the traditional manufacturing technology in the production of single handpiece or small batch products.However,it is not suitable for mass production due to its serious deficiencies in contour accuracy and surface quality of molded parts and limited printing materials,which greatly restricts the application of this technology.Therefore,how to improve the contour accuracy and surface quality of the molded parts has become an important topic in the research of 3D printing technology.The research on 3D printing technology not only has a very important academic value,but also has a very wide market space.This paper takes the manufacture of automobile rear combined lamp as the research object,mainly studies the basic technology of 3D printing,the influencing factors of product size error and the measures to improve the surface accuracy of polyjet 3D printing parts.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper briefly introduces the basic forming principle of polyjet 3D printing technology,the function of STRATASYS J750 printer,the type and performance of printing materials,and the setting of process parameters.(2)According to the structural characteristics of the parts,the process analysis of the research object is carried out;from the aspects of process characteristics,process flow,process method,production time,cost,etc.,polyjet 3D printing technology is compared with traditional injection molding technology,and polyjet is proposed for single model production or small batch production 3D printing technology can meet the production requirements faster,more efficient and lower cost.(3)The printing process of the research object is studied,and the process of making automobile rear combined lamp with polyjet 3D technology is described in detail.(4)For polyjet In order to solve the problem of low forming precision when making automobile rear combined lamp with 3D technology,this paper analyzes the dimensional error of parts,studies the factors influencing the dimensional accuracy of parts,such as the structural dimension design of the parts,the thickness of layers,the placement position,the printing temperature,the design of supporting structure,the material selection,the processing compensation method and the post-processing technology,and analyzes the printing process parameters and product precision Degree.(5)The interaction between printing process parameters and dimensional accuracy is analyzed,and the main factors affecting the dimensional accuracy are found out.Through experiments,the feasibility of the process method and the designed process parameters is verified,so as to obtain the optimal combination of process parameters,and the optimal process parameters are applied to the actual production of automobile rear combination lamp.The measurement of each dimension error shows that the process method and the optimal combination of process parameters can effectively improve the forming accuracy of the research object.
