| Flight safety is closely related to the pilot’s situational awareness level during flight driving.With the technological upgrade of aviation equipment,the application of helicopter flight simulators,which was born to test new technologies and train new pilots,has become more and more widely used.How to improve the situational awareness level of pilots’ perception through product design strategies in complex and difficult helicopter simulation driving scenarios has become the research goal of this topic.In this project,the human-machine interface of the helicopter flight simulator,which simulates the flight state and interacts most closely with the pilot,is selected as the design research object,and systematically designed and researched based on the situational awareness theory.First of all,through a full investigation of the relevant literature of the subject,the research results of the situational awareness theory and the human-machine interface of the helicopter simulator are summarized respectively.From the perspective of user perception and product human-computer interaction,the importance of situational awareness theory in the design of the human-machine interface of helicopter flight simulators is demonstrated.Secondly,by summarizing the general application process of the situational awareness theory system in product design,the general product design process,and the specific product design process of helicopter analysis simulators,the design of the application of situational awareness in the man-machine interface of helicopter flight simulators is proposed.Innovative methods.On this basis,the three design principles of product decentralization,intelligence,balance of decision-making constraints,and feedback are formulated according to the task behavior process and user needs in the simulated flight driving scenario.Subsequently,around the goal of human-machine interface ergonomics,the design strategy of each unit is proposed by the situational awareness classification units of user context,task context,and environmental context.In the design practice stage,innovative design methods and strategies were applied to the design and transformation of the human-machine interface product of a certain helicopter flight simulator,and the overall design plan after the transformation was evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively,which verified the theories and theories of this topic.Applied research value.The research significance of this topic lies in the theoretical research,from the perspective of user perception,the issues that need attention in the design of the helicopter flight simulator man-machine interface are proposed,and the effective design methods and strategies that are relied on in the design process are refined.Provide theoretical basis and application guidance for the design optimization of products of the same type in enhancing the level of situational awareness. |
