| Hydraulic pump is the core power component of the hydraulic system,which is indispensable in the mechanical industry.Once it breaks down,it will cause the paralysis of the whole hydraulic system.It is of great significance to carry out the prediction research on the remaining life of hydraulic pump,judge and predict its deterioration law,and realize predictive maintenance.Aiming at the predictive maintenance problems of large hydraulic pumps and related equipment that are not easy to shut down,this paper proposes a new method for predicting the remaining life of hydraulic pumps based on probability and statistics analysis theory,and carrying out a research on the remaining life prediction of hydraulic pumps based on the probability analysis method of measured data.The main work is as follows.(1)The current research status of domestic and foreign remaining life prediction methods and the remaining life prediction research status of hydraulic pumps are analyzed,and the factors affecting the life of hydraulic pumps are studied and failure analysis is carried out.The basic concepts that need to be used in the research content of this article are introduced,and the failure criterion of the hydraulic pump is determined.The hydraulic pump durability test bench was designed and built to simulate the actual working conditions of the hydraulic pump,and the test plan was proposed,which provided the test basis for the follow-up work.(2)Combining the measured degradation data of the test bed and the determined failure threshold,mine the degradation law of volumetric efficiency over time,and use residual analysis to reduce errors caused by abnormal data.Based on the probability and statistics analysis theory,establish a reliable probability based on the measured degradation data Service life prediction model;Screen out the best distribution model,obtain the mapping relationship between degradation data and service life;Develop a verification plan for the prediction results,verify the accuracy of this method.(3)Using MATLAB and based on the prediction method proposed in this paper,a prototype system for predicting the remaining life of a hydraulic pump is designed and developed,which realizes the online automatic prediction of the remaining life of the hydraulic pump,which is convenient for human-computer interaction. |
