For a series of problems such as inadequate knowledge expression in the design process of neurorehabilitation physiotherapy equipment,it is difficult to realize the product function building model.By combining the decomposition topology model of neurorehabilitation physiotherapy equipment with the modular design method,the overall model of neurorehabilitation equipment modular design of requirement(P)-function(F)-principle(W)-behavior(B)-structure(S)is proposed to realize the hierarchical module construction of neurorehabilitation physiotherapy equipment.A support system to support the modular configuration of neurorehabilitation physiotherapy devices was established.The system takes the design knowledge flow theory as the starting point to study the product module decomposition method driven by user requirements.The vertical iterative process of function-principle-behavior-structure evolution in the design decomposition process is analyzed,and the principles and methods of creating functional modules are explored,which leads to a product configuration design scheme for neurorehabilitation equipment.Based on this,a module decoupling principle is constructed for neurorehabilitation product systems,and multi-level innovations between the functional,principle,behavioral,and structural layers within the system are coordinated in the module division process.The mapping solution strategy of the FBS expansion model is a method to identify,divide and create product modules,which constructs the decomposition and aggregation of functional units from top to bottom and realizes the product hierarchical module configuration.The results show that the FBS expansion model is useful for the innovation of mechanism combination and the optimal matching between function and structure in the design stage of neurorehabilitation physical therapy equipment.
