Under the national strategic goal of "carbon peaking-carbon neutralization",there will be a variety of renewable energy converted into electricity for connection and consumption at the distribution side.The reliable and economic operation of distribution network and power quality will face great challenges.When the energy storage equipment and distributed generation are connected to the distribution network,the power customers have the ability to adjust and send power to the grid,forming a new form of grid which is different from the original one-way energy flow.The active distribution network cooperatively controls all the equipment,which is more valuable than the traditional distribution network.As one of the key technologies to support active distribution network,energy storage technology has the advantages of regulating load peak and valley,alleviating the problem of energy generation and consumption,etc.The existing distribution network energy storage planning studies the configuration of energy storage devices without mobility in the distribution network,and there is almost no research on the dynamic change of energy storage configuration with the operation scene of the distribution network.Therefore,this paper deeply studies the mobile energy storage facilities and proposes a new dynamic configuration planning method of energy storage,which can give full play to the mobility value of energy storage facilities:(1)This paper summarizes the current situation of energy storage planning of distribution network at home and abroad,and the energy storage configuration is fixed in the planning period.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different energy storage systems,use scenarios,and focuses on the development trend of energy storage battery.Energy storage battery has the advantages of low cost,high specific energy,modular assembly and use,and draws the feasibility conclusion that the energy storage facilities can be mobile.The seasonal characteristics of new energy distributed generation and load are summarized,and the operation scenarios can be divided by season in time scale.It is proposed that whether the energy storage facilities can bring greater economic benefits if they are changed according to the operation scenarios of the distribution network.This paper studies the impact of dynamic configuration of energy storage on reducing network loss,energy storage arbitrage and grid investment.(2)This paper proposes a dynamic allocation planning method for energy storage,and puts forward a new way for the energy storage planning.According to the seasonal distribution output and load of new energy,the distribution network operation scenario is divided.In order to maximize the value of energy storage,considering the constraints of energy storage operation,power balance of distribution network,line current carrying and other constraints.A mixed integer second-order cone programming(MISOCP)model is established to plan the optimal allocation of energy storage in each scenario.The results of the calculation show that the dynamic allocation of energy storage has more advantages than the fixed one in economy.(3)Considering the influence of dynamic configuration of energy storage on grid planning,an active distribution network planning method considering dynamic configuration of energy storage is proposed,and a mixed integer quadratic programming(MIQP)model of energy storage and grid collaborative planning is established.Considering the different operation modes of site selection,constant capacity and charge / discharge of energy storage in typical daily scenarios of several seasons.At the same time,based on the constraint of spanning tree,the improvement is made to realize the selection of planned lines.The results show that the model can solve the joint planning problem of grid and energy storage,bring economic benefits to distribution network operators,and has good application value. |
