Abstract/Summary:
With the popularity of SUV models in the world,especially in China,people’s requirements for the use of SUVs are gradually increasing,and the quality of its sound has attracted consumers’ attention.In high-speed working conditions,the noise inside the car will increase significantly,and its sound quality will also deteriorate.How to make the sound quality inside the car meet people’s psychological expectations is a topic worthy of research.Through market feedback,a certain SUV mass-produced model has significant unacceptable noise in the car at a constant speed of 120km/h,and this operating condition is a common operating condition when the vehicle is traveling on highways,so this problem is highly valued by the enterprise.This article analyzes and improves the interior sound quality under this typical working condition.The topic selection comes from the actual work of the author and has engineering practical value.For the researched SUV,the thesis first conducts experimental testing and evaluation analysis.In order to establish a database of in-vehicle sound quality of similar models,12 SUVs of the same level were tested for noise under the same working conditions,and these data were used as samples to calculate and analyze objective sound quality parameters to obtain objective sound quality data of these SUVs;A jury composed of 20 automotive engineers,subjectively evaluated through the pairwise comparison method,and obtained subjective annoyance data of the interior sound quality of each SUV.Data removal,data processing and analysis are performed on the subjective and objective test results,and the subjective perception evaluation model is established based on these sound quality parameters to form an evaluation model with loudness and open articulation index(Open Articulation Index,OAI)as independent variables.The maximum error is 14%,the average error is 5%,and the evaluation model meets the needs of the process.Through the graphical display analysis of the SUV noise OAI and loudness,a CFD simulation analysis was carried out on the model,and it was found that the most likely cause of the noise situation under this working condition was that the flow field design of the rearview mirror itself was not perfect and leakage occurred.noise.Two specific improvement measures are proposed:(1)Add a certain thickness of sound-absorbing cotton in the inner circle of the rearview mirror bracket;(2)Optimize the mud trough and increase the size to make the surface more fit.Producing samples for engineering tests,the improvement effect of the subjective test of the improvement plan is obvious,the noise parameters on the test data are reduced,the subjective annoyance is reduced by 32.95%,and the improvement is successful.Substituting into the established comprehensive annoyance model,the results have also been improved,verifying the correctness of the model,and can be used for evaluation and design of subsequent work.
