| The streets are the stage of local life.For every city,life in the streets and lanes is a common memory that connects everyone.Due to its special geographical conditions,mountainous cities follow the tortuous linear streets and lanes of the terrain to become a complex public place that combines access,communication,consumption,and leisure.Scenes of daily urban life are alternately staged here,repeating and endlessly.Since the1990 s,China has successively carried out research and practical work on the renewal of urban streets and lanes.After nearly 30 years of development,it has accumulated a lot of experience in the top-down street environment renovation,and it is still exploring the bottom-up street renewal based on the real needs of the crowd for the street environment.The theory of scenescape proposed in the field of sociology is based on the aesthetic value of daily life,and proposes a holistic perspective that relates people and the environment,and provides a reference for observing the interaction rules and characteristics of people and the street environment from the bottom up.Attention to street life is the common starting point of the current street renewal and the theory of scenescape.The overall planning ideas based on the perspective of scene construction and the planning methods based on human needs will help the renewal planning of streets and lanes to focus on the daily life of ordinary people.Based on this,this article selects the mountain-trails in Yuzhong District,Chongqing City as a research case.From the overall perspective of the scene,starting from the existing activity types and current status of residents,through actual observations,we can discover which environmental elements and their combinations are amenities,which played a key role in attracting and promoting residents’ activities.In the specific research,based on the study of the cognition and type composition characteristics of the trail scene,a mountain trail’s scene analysis framework with "space-facility-people-activity" as the main dimension is proposed,combined with the scene investigation of the mountain-trails network,to summarize the composition characteristics of the trail scene in terms of functional types,temporal and spatial distribution and basic elements;Through the analysis and evaluation of trail scenes,residents’ satisfaction and activity population density are used as the basis for measuring "good scenes",and the amenities of "good scenes" and their combination characteristics are summarized,and then comparing the preferences of people of different ages for amenities of the trail scene.Based on this,renewal strategies of the mountain city trail from the perspective of scene creation are proposed.The strategy takes the preparation process of the renewal plan as a clue,proposes the value positioning and renewal perspective of the renewal planning of the trail,focusing on the change of daily life.Also,it proposes a trail environment survey and evaluation method based on the activity state of the residents,clarifies the principle of differentiation of scene creation goals.The renewal strategy focuses on the idle space and vigorous space in the trail,and proposes the overall implanted amenity system and the targeted improvement of the comfort quality construction strategy.At the same time,it strengthens implementation-oriented trail renewal guidelines to enhance the leading role of renewal planning for renewal construction.The first chapter of the thesis is the introduction,which summarizes the research progress and clarifies the research issues.In response to the country’s entry into the“urban renewal era”,the human’s demand-oriented transformation of street and lane renewal is introduced.Through the introduction of the theory of scenescape and analysis methods in the field of sociology,the mountain city trail is used as a case to explore the key elements of the formation of street scenes,and to provide a basis for renewal planning.The second chapter of the thesis is the cognition and composition of the mountain-trail scene.It understands the overall value of the scene based on the spatial characteristics of the mountain-trails,proposes a scene analysis framework suitable for the mountain city trail,and summarizes the type composition characteristics of the mountain city trail scene in Yuzhong District.The third chapter of the thesis is the analysis and evaluation part of the mountain trail scene.It proposes a scene analysis framework,analyzes the characteristics of the composition of the scene,filters and compares the element composition of the “good scene” by setting the evaluation criteria and basis of the “good scene”,refines the amenity system that forms the mountain trail scene,and discusses the amenities preference of people of different ages.The fourth chapter of the thesis is the strategy part of the renewal planning of the mountain city trail from the perspective of scene creation,focusing on how to apply the overall perspective of the scene and the concept of amenities to the preparation of the trail renewal plan.The fifth chapter of the paper is the conclusion and discussion part,systematically combing and extending the research questions,research process and research conclusions of this paper,and summarizing the innovations and deficiencies of this paper.The theory of scenescape and its analysis methods are still in the early stage of development.Related research focuses on how the amenities in the sociology field constitute the consumption and cultural scene of the city,thereby promoting the accumulation of high-level human assets and boosting the vitality of the city’s economic development.Regarding the application of this theory to the field of built environment disciplines,it is still relatively one-sided to discuss the specific countermeasures of scene creation at the micro-scale.The relevant analysis methods still need to be continuously verified,feedback and dynamic improvement through more living streets and lanes’ renovation practice in the future. |
