The movable teeth drive reducer has a wide application prospect in the mechanical equipments limited by space.In order to obtain the movable teeth transmission system with high transmission ratio and high efficiency,the eccentric-driven two-stage plane movable tooth transmission system is proposed in this paper.The structure design,meshing characteristic analysis,force and torque analysis,efficiency and precision analysis of the transmission system are carried out.Finally,the prototype processing and experiments are carried out.Based on the plane meshing theory,the tooth profile equations,curvature equations,velocity equations and relative sliding velocity equations of the wave generator and the central wheel are derived,the curvature of the tooth profile,the velocity and the relative velocity of the meshing pairs are calculated,and the relative velocity of the meshing pairs and its variation with the transmission parameters are compared and analyzed.The force analysis of the eccentric-driven two-stage plane movable tooth transmission system is carried out,and the force formula,output torque formula and contact stress formula of the two-stage transmission are deduced.The force,output torque and contact stress of the movable teeth are calculated,and the changes of force,output torque and contact stress along with transmission parameters are analyzed.The lubrication state,meshing efficiency,bearing efficiency and the total efficiency of the transmission system are studied.The changes of the meshing efficiency and the total efficiency of the transmission system along with the transmission parameters are analyzed,the total efficiencies are compared and analyzed for two different conditions with and without eccentricity.Through the analysis of geometric relations and tooth profile curves,the formulas for calculating the transmission errors are derived.According to the principle of the independent action of the error,the comprehensive error statistics of each component error is carried out,the influence weight of each error on the output angle error of the transmission system and its changes with the transmission parameters are analyzed.The structure design,three-dimensional modeling and prototype producing of the eccentric-driven two-stage plane movable tooth transmission system are completed.The error and efficiency experiments are carried out by the prototype.The results show that the maximum efficiency is 50.8% and the rotation precision is 1.496′,which is close to the theoretical results which proves the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
