With the speeding up of urbanization process in China,the underground space is gradually become an important part of the urban space.People no longer meet the needs of function,and people have higher and higher requirements for living environment,the planting on the underground roof realizes the greening and beautification of the urban space.The problems gradually revealed along with the increase of the total amount of underground space structure: on the one hand,there are many leakage problems in underground structures,which are still criticized by people,and even affect the structures;on the other hand,urban waterlogging occurs frequently in past years,which not only affects the safety of people’s lives and properties,but also tests the waterproofing and the green plants on the roof.Currently,the problems of the waterproof and the drainage are so prominent that they need to be solved systematically,including the slope layer,the leveling layer,the waterproofing and the drainage: the slope layer and the leveling layer often cannot play the original role in the actual projects,but it is easier to affect the reliability of the waterproofing;the leakage problem is very easy to occur due to the product quality and application quality of the ordinary waterproof membrane and the root penetration resistant waterproof membrane;lack of design is the main problem of the drainage system,and the system is not complete,at the same time,the selection of the material is so easy to have problems that result in the loss of drainage function;there are many cast-in-place constructions,which affect the cost and the construction period.In view of the current situation and the existing problems of the waterproofing and the drainage system on the underground roof,this dissertation takes the traditional structure of the underground roof as an example to study.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional planting roof structure,the new type waterproofing and drainage system was proposed: reduces the cast-in-place constructions,such as the slope layer,the leveling layer and the concrete cover,its purpose is to solve the problems of long construction period,high cost and the combination between the waterproof membrane and the concrete surface;add the shot blasting technical measures,it can not only provide good surface for waterproofing application,but also deal with the concrete surface defects in advance to improve the reliability of waterproofing;optimize the double-layer membrane to the coating composite membrane,it solve the waterproofing and the root penetration resistant waterproof;change the drainage material to the drainage system,which is no longer a single structure or a material,but a system composed of a variety of materials and methods,and it’s a real system solution.In this way,not only the reliability of waterproof is improved,but also the cost and the construction period are reduced.At last,through the engineering practice,the feasibility,operability and reliability of the underground roof waterproofing system and the drainage system are verified,which provides a new design idea for the underground roof waterproofing and drainage design.
