Research On The Coupling Coordination Of Urban Regeneration And High-quality Economic Development In Shenzhen

After more than 30 years of rapid development,urbanization and economic development in China have changed from high speed growth to high speed growth,and entered a new stage with high quality development as the goal.With the transformation of our country’s development goal,the requirement of urban regeneration and economic development is increasing day by day,and the past extensive development does not accord with the high quality development goal.Therefore,urban regeneration needs to continuously improve efficiency and coordinate with high-quality economic development to promote the sustainable development of the city.As the leading area of economic reform and urban regeneration in China,Shenzhen explores whether its urban regeneration is coordinated with high-quality economic development.How to realize the high-quality coordination between urban regeneration and high-quality economic development is of great significance to promote urban sustainable development and complete the transformation of high-quality development.On the basis of studying the literature on urban regeneration and high quality economic development,this paper analyzes the interaction between urban regeneration and high quality economic development from a theoretical point of view,and finds out the causality between various factors.The system dynamics simulation model and coupling coordination model of the interaction between urban regeneration and high quality economic development are established.Taking Shenzhen as an example,the coupling coordination degree model is used to evaluate the coupling coordination degree between urban regeneration and high quality economic development in Shenzhen from2009 to 2019,and the interaction between the two is quantitatively analyzed by using the VAR model.By means of VENSIN PLE simulation software,the urban regeneration and high quality economic development system of Shenzhen under different policy schemes is simulated and tested,and the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward according to the experimental results.Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:First of all,the interaction between urban regeneration and high quality economic development is more complex,and urban regeneration-high quality economic development is a complex system.Secondly,the coupling coordination degree between urban regeneration and high quality economic development in Shenzhen in 2009-2019 is on the rise steadily,and has experienced a transition from mild imbalance to good coordination.Relatively speaking,the development of urban regeneration presents the evolution track of "ahead-backward-forward-backward ".The Granger causality is closely related to the lag time.Thirdly,we construct the SD model and test the validity of the model.Through policy experiments,we find that urban regeneration and high-quality economic development show different trends under different scenarios.Increasing government financial support,promoting high-quality industrial development,increasing land supply and contribution rate,attracting population and employment will have different effects on the coupling degree of urban regeneration and high-quality economic development.Finally,the paper holds that we can promote the coupling and coordination between urban regeneration and high-quality economic development from the aspects of all-round and multi-level promotion of employment,rational supply of land resources,optimization of urban regeneration cycle,attention to social benefits,continuing to give full play to innovative advantages,and promotion of social governance functions.
