| With the development of modern science and technology,there are more and more scenes that need to transfer the composite transmission composed of rotation and movement.Most of the traditional mechanisms use the complex composite structure to realize the composite motion.The eccentric curve-face gear pair,as the composite moving gear pair and the gear transmission mechanism,can replace the combined mechanism in the system that needs compound motion,so as to simplify the mechanism and equipment lightweight.It has wide application value in industrial production,aerospace and other fields.Eccentric curve-face gear pair can be used to transfer the rotating motion of variable transmission ratio between intersecting shafts.It is a kind of gear pair evolved based on the study of curve-face gear pair.As an innovative design mechanism,according to the theory of space gear meshing,tooth surface envelope forming,gear bearing capacity,bond graph theory,modern design method and experimental measurement,this paper explores the calculation method of bending,contact stress and the analysis method of dynamic characteristics of gear pair suitable for eccentric straight/helical/arc curve-face gear pair,and verifies it by simulation experiment and experiment table.Therefore,this paper mainly carries out the following research work:Based on the transmission principle of space gear meshing,the principle of tooth surface envelope forming and the theory of differential geometry,the transmission principle of eccentric straight/helical/arc curve-face gear pair is analyzed,the coordinate transformation relation,pitch curve equation and tooth surface unified equation of eccentric straight/helical/arc curve-face gear pair are derived,the tooth surface shape of straight/helical/arc tooth shape cutter and the tooth surface shape of eccentric straight/helical/arc curve-face gear pair are obtained,and the pressure angle and contact ratio of eccentric straight/helical/arc curve-face gear pair are analyzed.Based on the principles and methods of space gear meshing,differential geometry theory and gear bearing capacity,puts forward the calculation model of tooth root bending stress and tooth surface maximum contact stress of eccentric straight/helical/arc curve-face gear,analyzes the method of eccentric curve-face pair equivalent to non-circular gear rack,discusses the transformation law of eccentric straight/helical/arc curve-face gear pair under the influence of basic parameters,discusses the variation law of tooth root bending stress under the influence of basic structural parameters,and analyzes its dangerous gear teeth;The variation law of the maximum tooth contact stress in different meshing positions of dangerous gear teeth under the influence of its basic structural parameters is analyzed.Based on bond graph,gear dynamics theory and analysis method,a unified bond graph model of eccentric helical/arc curve-face gear pair is established considering nonlinear factors such as time-varying meshing stiffness,transfer error and compound motion,and the state equation of eccentric helical/arc curve-face gear pair is derived.According to the modern design theory method and the experimental measurement method,the simulation analysis model of eccentric straight/helical/arc curve-face gear pair is established.The variation law of bending stress and contact stress of gear pair and the accuracy of calculation model are discussed.The composite transmission test table of eccentric straight/helical/arc curve-face gear pair is built,and the bending stress,maximum tooth surface contact stress and vibration displacement of are measured.The principle of composite transmission and the feasibility of design and analysis method are verified.The design criterion of eccentric curve-face gear pair is discussed,and the design method of eccentric end surface gear pair is constructed. |
