Abstract/Summary:
All the time,the spatial compound transmission has only been realized by the combination of basic mechanisms such as lever mechanism,cam mechanism and gear mechanism.Inevitably,these mechanisms have defects such as complex structure and low reliability.The appearance of the eccentric curve-face gear compound transmission mechanism makes up for the gap in the lightweight,efficiency space compound transmission.As a kind of involute gear transmission,it has the advantages of high transmission precision,large carrying capacity and small size.It has broad application prospects in the field of space compound transmission.Eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear compound transmission mechanism is a new type of spatial variable transmission ratio gear compound transmission mechanism proposed on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of existing space gear compound transmission.It realized the compound transmission through the interactive axial force between the teeth,and compared with the eccentric helical cuve-face gear compound transmission mechanism,the transmission structure is simplified.At present,there is no relevant research on the eccentric curve-face gear compound transmission,and the principle of the compound transmission is not clear.Therefore,it is very important to carry out multi-level theoretical research on the eccentric curve-face gear compound transmission mechanism.Aiming at the new type of eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear compound transmission mechanism,related researches on compound transmission basic theory,generation method,characteristic analysis,computer-aided design and analysis software development,and experimental verification are carried out.This paper focuses on the following aspects:The basic theory of eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear compound transmission is studied.Starting from the perspective of the evolution of the compound transmission mechanism,the compound transmission principle of eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear compound transmission mechanism is analyzed The geometrical relationship between the pitch curves of the driving and driven gears of the eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear pair and the coordinate transformation relationship are analyzed by using the relevanted theory of space geometry.Starting from the basic rack,this paper discusses the generation method of the eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear pair,and deduces the tooth surface equation and meshing equation of the eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear pair.The point contact characteristic of the gear pair is analyzed.The compound transmission characteristics of eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear pair are studied.From the perspective of kinematics,the variation rules of the transmission ratio,rotation characteristic and movement characteristic of eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear pair affected by the relevant parameters are analyzed.Using the theory of differential geometry,the mathematical model of undercutting and pointing phenomenon of the eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear is established,and the solution method of minimum inner radius of the undercutting and the the maximum outer radius of the pointing is revealed.The parametric design and analysis of the eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear pair are studied.Using the Solid Works API interface,the parametric design and analysis software for the eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear pair is designed through mixed programming of Visual Basic and Matlab,and its functional principle and implementation process are expounded.Aiming at the needs of CNC machining and theoretical research,the tooth surface smoothing method of the three-dimensional model of the eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear pair is studied.The experimental analysis of the compound transmission of eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear pair is studied.Through ADAMS,a virtual prototype of eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear compound transmission mechanism is established,and its compound transmission characteristics are analyzed and verified.The method and process of machining the eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear pair with a five-axis CNC machining center are explored,and the accuracy of the tooth surface is evaluated with the help of the CNC gear testing center.The experimental scheme of the eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear compound transmission is designed and the transmission test bench is built to verify the correctness of the compound transmission principle and design theory of the eccentric curvilinear curve-face gear pair.
