At present,the engineering investigation and design industry is facing a severe form,and the state has made corresponding adjustments to the development of the industry.In the context of the new era,the state has also put forward corresponding requirements for architectural design enterprises: to promote the independent innovation of enterprises and the application of new technologies,to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;enterprises need to improve the corresponding school audit system,to strengthen quality supervision,to ensure the quality of design results,to promote the combination of information technology in enterprise business,enterprise technology,enterprise products and so on.From the background of the development of construction enterprises,the current situation is analyzed.Under the background of information technology,information technology has a huge impact on the business processes of enterprises,and the introduction of information technology to design core business process changes is the necessary way for the development of enterprises.However,it is found that under the development of information technology,the organizational performance of the enterprise has not been correspondingly improved.Based on the analysis of chaos theory,the question of how the efficiency of the design enterprise can continue to improve when the enterprise process changes is raised.Through the analysis of the problems in the design and review process of the enterprise under the introduction of BIM,it is found that the review process is a key part of the work efficiency of the enterprise,and through the investigation and analysis of the process and work content of the process,it is found that the existing review process does not match the development of information technology and is a key issue that restricts the improvement of the work efficiency of the enterprise.The analysis was then carried out from four aspects: the work link of BIM design review,information transfer,collision check link and the length of the proofreading,and it was concluded that human factors are the main reason for the low efficiency of proofreading,and the core reason for the low efficiency of manual proofreading was explored through questionnaire survey method,and it was concluded that the compliance check is the link with the most manual intervention and the most critical work affecting the proofreading work,which needs to be improved urgently.Based on the process re-engineering theory,the BIM compliance checking process is improved by automating and changing the sequence of compliance checking.Combining the Technology Roadmap proposed by Eastman,the research is carried out from four aspects: rule interpretation,model preparation,rule execution and inspection report,proposing a compliance checking method architecture based on Revit and Dynamo software,then proposing the improvement of BIM design verification process based on the characteristics of automated compliance checking in BIM design,and establishing an improved execution model checking process.Finally,the verification of the effect of the check process improvement was carried out in conjunction with the RTCC project.Through the research on the improvement of the proofreading process in BIM design of construction projects,it is found that the introduction of BIM technology is the key to the performance change of engineering design enterprises,while the process change based on BIM technology at this stage does not improve the organizational performance of design enterprises.On the basis of identifying that the reason for the inefficiency of manual proofreading lies in the compliance checking process,a compliance checking method architecture based on Revit and Dynamo software is proposed,and an improved execution model checking process is established.The RTCC project has demonstrated that the improved process has improved the speed and accuracy of the checks.
