| Bridge health monitoring is a necessary condition for the establishment of structural safety warnings.Bearings are the basic components of the bridge structure,and are also important components that bear the load from the upper part of the bridge structure to the lower structure,but they are the weak link in the bridge health monitoring.The measurement of bearing axial force is the basic content of bridge bearing monitoring,and there are a little of research on the aspect at present.Therefore,this article focuses on the study of the axial force measurement method of the plate rubber bearing,exploring the bearing characteristics,laying the foundation for the subsequent development of the intelligent bearing monitoring system,and completing the following contents:(1)Briefly introduce the structural characteristics and development of the plate rubber bearing.Explain the research on intelligent bearings by domestic and foreign scholars and the research situation of the plate rubber bearing on damping.According to the needs of the actual project,the necessary modules of the intelligent bearing monitoring system are drawn up.(2)Aiming at the incompressibility of rubber materials,the meaning of the rubber constitutive model is derived.According to the actual situation,the Yeah model is selected as the rubber constitutive relationship curve used in the finite element software simulation.The effects of creep and aging of rubber materials on the performance of rubber are described.(3)Analyze the bearing characteristics of the bearing of the simply supported beam bridge and the continuous beam bridge.The results show that the bearing stress is mainly the vertical pressure.The temperature of the bridge and the frictional slip of the bearing will cause part of the horizontal direction.Force.As the service life of the concrete bridge increases,the pressure on the bearing will also increase.With the help of Midas Civil,analyze the influence of pier-beam consolidation,fixed support connection,and plate rubber bearing connection on the seismic performance of the middle pier of a medium-span continuous bridge,and compare the plate rubber bearings of the three connection methods The performance of seismic performance.(4)Strain gauges are arranged on the support steel plate,and the axial compression experiment is carried out.For this reason,four kinds of strain gauge connection methods are proposed,and the strain gauges are grouped to explore suitable measurement methods to measure the force of the bearing.The experimental results show that the effect of the full-bridge connection of four strain gauges along the radius direction and half of the radius is the best.(5)Analyze the axial compression and shear performance of the plate rubber bearing by using ABAQUS.The results show that under the action of axial compression,the central stress of the steel plate inside the bearing is small and gradually increases along the radius.The maximum stress of each layer of the steel plate inside the bearing is 60%-80% of the maximum stress of the previous steel plate,showing a decreasing trend.Whether it is axial compression or shearing,the bearing force presents a certain symmetry.In addition,by simulating plate rubber bearings with different rubber thicknesses and different bottom diameters,the force and laws similar to those of the experimental bearings are obtained.In the process of experiment and actual use,these characteristics can be used to simplify the measurement. |
