Research On Design Strategy Of Homestays Renovation Of Island Dwellings

In the process of national urbanization development,the development of tourism plays a great role in promoting it.Island has the natural landscape resources scarce in inland areas,which has become a new boom in domestic tourism development.As an important part of the development of tourism,the B&B industry has risen rapidly in recent years.Among the island tourism industry,the island B&B industry has better environmental conditions and regional characteristics.Among the construction methods of many B&B facilities,the transformation of island dwellings into B&B facilities gradually rises and grows into an industry.In this context,this paper studies the transformation design strategy of traditional island residential houses,which provides a new possibility for the inheritance and protection of island culture.The transformation of island dwellings into homestays is to solve the transformation problem from residence function to tourism vacation function.Based on the previous theory research and practice experience of the comb,the island of local-style dwelling houses building value and characteristics were analyzed,at the same time of weizhou island residential and home stay facility field investigation,summed up the various characteristics of residential renovation home stay facility,the region on the basis of local-style dwelling houses in weizhou island put forward the corresponding reform strategy,finally carries on the practice application of the proposed strategy.The first and second chapters of this paper summarize the current domestic and foreign scholars’ theoretical research on B&B,the related theories of residential reconstruction,as well as the domestic architects and architectural firms’ research on B&B,and summarize the key elements of B&B reconstruction formed in the process of theoretical development.The third chapter analyzes the domestic residential buildings on Dahai Island,compares and summarizes their characteristics,and comprehensively evaluates the residential buildings reformed by B&B.The fourth chapter first analyzes the overall architectural characteristics of Weizhou Island,this paper selected two typical villages,summed up the characteristics of residential buildings in Weizhou Island,at the same time,analyzes the status quo of B&B in Weizhou Island,and selects typical B&B cases for field investigation and research.The fifth chapter,combining with the theoretical analysis and field investigation,puts forward the guiding principles and corresponding strategies of B&B reconstruction of Weizhou Island dwellings,including planning and design strategy,architectural space design strategy,emotional demand design strategy,material and technology application strategy and operation and management strategy.The sixth chapter is the practical application.Based on the transformation strategy proposed in the fifth chapter,we design a B&B residence in Weizhou Island and demonstrate the strategy proposed in this paper by practice.Finally,in the seventh chapter,we summarize and look forward to the innovation points of this paper and the practical problems solved by the proposed transformation strategies,so as to provide reference for the future research and practice of the transformation of B&B residences in island areas.
