In discrete manufacturing systems,line balancing can effectively improve the imbalance between busy and idle,and improve the productivity of production line.Warehouse location optimization can reduce the cost of warehousing operation and optimize the material supply logistics.The research on assembly line balance and storage location optimization has a wide application background and important practical significance.In this paper,the final assembly line and the feeding system of H product of M Company are taken as the research object to study the optimization of assembly line balance and storage location allocation.The specific contents are as follows.(1)Current situation investigation and problem analysisTaking the H product assembly line and its material supply system of M Company as the research object,this paper investigates the current situation of the production logistics system and summarizes the existing problems,including the insufficient production capacity of the assembly line,the unbalanced workload of each workstation,the large logistics transportation volume of medium-sized parts and the unbalanced logistics transportation volume of each warehouse area.Collect and analyze relevant data according to problem characteristics and optimization needs.(2)Joint optimization of line balancing and storage location allocationIn view of the above problems,the optimization objectives are determined as the highest balance rate of assembly line,the minimum loading logistics volume of medium-sized parts and the balance of logistics volume of each warehouse area.The latter two are weighted and treated as the target of logistics effect.Due to the mutual influence of assembly line balancing and storage location allocation in the assembly and feeding system of H product,in order to obtain the best comprehensive benefits,a joint optimization mathematical model was established based on the corresponding relationship between assembly line tasks and materials stored in the warehouse storing medium size materials.Using the NSGA-Ⅱ,get the pareto optimal solution set.(3)Simulation verification based on Any LogicThe simulation model of each scheme in Pareto solution set was established by Any Logic software.According to the simulation results,the TOPSIS method is used to realize the scheme optimization,so as to obtain the optimal task allocation scheme of workstations and the storage location allocation scheme of the medium warehouse materials.By comparing the optimal solution with the key parameters of the production system before optimization,the effectiveness of the optimization method is verified and the optimization effect is visually displayed.After the above research,the balance rate of the final assembly line of H product of M Company has increased from 73% to 85%,the material supply logistics transportation volume of medium parts has decreased by about 25%,and the material supply logistics transportation volume of each warehouse area has become more balanced.There are 38 figures,10 tables and 80 references in this thesis.
