With the rapid development of the society and the obvious improvement of people’s economic living standard,many businesses have explored new commercial markets in order to obtain commercial profits.In recent years,large supermarkets have developed rapidly.For merchants,the main purpose of supermarkets is to supply a wide range of commodities in order to attract consumers and obtain economic benefits.For consumers,the main purpose of the supermarket is to solve their own and family’s daily life and other problems.In business competition,under the survival principle of "survival of the fittest and survival of the fittest",merchants not only need to provide the most basic variety of goods to meet consumers’ living needs,but also need to provide high-quality services to bring good shopping experience to consumers,so as to maintain consumers’ continuous purchasing power.However,consumers’ anxiety in the process of queuing for payment and the repetitive labor of manual charging bring great troubles to consumers and cashiers,which makes the shopping experience of consumers and the service experience of staff greatly discount.With the rapid development of Internet technology and payment methods,the self-checkout system has been promoted,and the emergence of self-checkout equipment alleviates the problem of waiting in line to some extent.While bringing great convenience to consumers,it also brings more economic benefits to businesses.This paper major supermarkets in chengdu area of self-service checkout equipment to product the research object,using self-service checkout equipment of the main groups as user research object,observe the action of users in the use process,user behavior mainly include psychological behavior and behavior,psychological behavior that users in the face of the use of self-service checkout equipment environment produced a series of psychological feelings and emotions,is the real reflection of inner users to self-service checkout equipment,including high cold and passion,joy and grief,like and dislike.Action behavior refers to a series of body movements produced by the user when facing the self-service cashier equipment,which is the external conscious reflection of the user to the self-service cashier equipment,including gestures,foot movements and movements of any part of the body.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of self-service cashier devices,analyzing the behavioral characteristics of users in the process of use,and analyzing the needs of users,we can find pain points and design opportunities,and design products that meet the needs of users.
