| The development and utilization of urban underground rail transit has brought huge flow of people to the underground space,and also promoted the development of underground commercial space,and the rise of underground commercial street has further driven the vertical extension of urban consumption space.The corner space of underground commercial street,as an important node space of commercial street,not only plays the function of undertaking the spatial transformation of commercial street,but also has a certain influence on the spatial atmosphere of underground commercial street,thus affecting the environmental quality of street space.This study takes the corner space of the underground commercial street as the research object,through a series of scientific research methods such as research summary,experimental design and analysis,to conduct a comprehensive study on the morphological design of the corner space of the underground commercial street,and summarize the corresponding design laws to provide strategies for the design of the corner space of the underground commercial street.This study takes the corner space of underground commercial street as the research object,firstly,after the field research on the corner space of more than 30 excellent underground commercial streets in China,it uses the theory of architectural typology to organize and categorize the constituent elements of the corner space,and constructs the real scene model with the help of virtual reality technology,and selects and classifies the design elements of the underground corner space through pre-experiments;then,the design elements that have direct influence on the cognition of the corner space obtained from the pre-experiments will be classified.The design elements that have direct influence on spatial cognition from the pre-experiment are then combined with the research data to conduct orthogonal experiments,forming 16 virtual scenes for formal experiments,inviting subjects to participate in spatial experience,and quantifying the subjective spatial cognition experience data through questionnaires.After completing the experiments,the quantitative data were analyzed and processed with the help of professional statistical software,and the patterns between design factors and users’ spatial cognition of underground commercial street corners were explored through correlation analysis,factor analysis and scatter plot analysis.Finally,according to the experimental conclusion and combined with the actual situation,the design strategy for the corner space of underground commercial street was proposed.The results of the study show that:(1)the width to height ratio D/H of the corner space is an important factor affecting the perception of the scale of the corner space of underground commercial street,and the suitable scale D/H of the corner space ranges from 1.5 to 1.8;(2)the corner angle of the street directly affects the continuity of the corner space,and the overall experience of the space is better when the angle is obtuse,and the continuity of the space is stronger and more comfortable when the corner angle is between 120°-150°.When the corner angle is between 120°-150°,the space has a stronger continuity and higher comfort,and the overall vitality of the street is more even,which is suitable for most of the functions;(3)the corner approach can effectively improve the cognitive experience of users in the space,and the streamlined and shaded corner treatment can bring better spatial experience to users;(4)the corner space of the street can effectively attract people to stop and consume,and the distribution of the vitality of the corner space stores is related to the corner angle.This study provides some suggestions and strategies for the design of corner spaces in urban underground commercial streets from the perspective of design.The study clarifies the correlation between each design element of corner space and space cognition,and also explores the application of virtual reality technology in the field of architectural design,which has certain practical significance for improving the design system of underground space in China.There are 47 figures,25 tables and 99 references in this thesis. |
